Another excellent recipe for chops suggests the presence of a half kilogram of beef tenderloin, half a glass of nuts, two tablespoons of honey and mustard, three tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Honey must be warmed and mixed with mustard, chopped nuts and mayonnaise. Meat is cut into flat pieces, fights well, smears with the previously prepared mixture and is delayed for twenty minutes. Fry such beef chops with sunflower oil. It should be noted that mustard and nuts give beef an unusual taste, it becomes not only tender but also juicy.
