How to make mayonnaise with your own hands
For several servings, take:
- 300 ml of any sunflower oil;
- 3 raw egg yolks;
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar (6-9%) or lemon juice;
- salt.

If you are allergic to eggs, incl. On yolks, it is possible to take as a basis here such way of preparation of tasty white sauce. For him, take:
- 150 ml of cold milk;
- 300 ml of any vegetable oil;
- 1 tbsp. L. Mustard and bite (lemon juice);
- To taste sugar, salt and spices like garlic, herbs, etc.
First, mix milk and vegetable oil in a mixer or blender. Then add the vinegar, mustard and spices. Beat until the sauce becomes the desired density. In this case, mayonnaise itself is prepared in the same way as in the previous recipe. The only nuance: to make the sauce really turned out, milk should be very cold. Tasty avocado sauce
When your mayonnaise is ready, you can prepare from it a wonderful addition, for example, to dishes of vegetables or meat. For the sauce, take:
- 1 ripe avocado;
- 2 tbsp. Spoons of homemade mayonnaise ;
- Juice of one lime or a couple of teaspoons of lemon;
- A quarter teaspoon of salt and a little bit of white pepper.
Peel the avocado, remove the stone and cut the flesh into pieces. Put them in a blender together with the other ingredients and beat well for 30 seconds. After a delicious sauce of excellent cream consistency is ready. As you can see, the preparation of mayonnaise is quite an easy process, and as a result you get an excellent product without preservatives that you can fill with a salad, add it to a meat dish or to a traditional borsch.
