What is juvenile? Does this concept promote the development of society?

Recently, there is a lot of noise in the society that the juvenile law in Russia is introduced in order to offend, and not to protect children. And it concerns the life and health of minors. Let's see how the foreign term "juvenile" is deciphered, this innovation is useful for the country or will lead to its degradation. It's rather difficult. In Russian society, traditionally, they are passionate about the younger generation. If, for example, people are ready to tolerate innovations in the economy or the political system, it is suspicious of changes in the sphere of education of children.

What is "juvenile"?

This word is in any collection, explaining the meaning of terms. There are no special explanations there is not given. The word comes from the Latin juvenalis, "youthful" in translation. Juvenile is immature. It is clear that we are talking about children who are physiologically incapable of conceiving.

Psychologists argue that the personality of a sexually immature person is not yet fully formed, it can be changed by influencing the right side. The "rights of the child" are placed at the center of juvenile justice . In quotes, because the concept is hypertrophied almost beyond recognition.

It should be noted that the term "juvenile" is a western innovation. The history of its introduction into society totals decades. In the last century, all countries faced child crime. This phenomenon was a completely natural consequence of wars and economic decline in the territory of Europe, the USSR, the United States and other states. Solved it in many ways. In the Land of Soviets, special state bodies were organized, which dealt with every fate, taking into account the priority of upbringing in the family.

The Western way

Another matter - the countries of the capitalist world, where money is more important than the soul. Instead of understanding why parents do not create conditions for raising children, the West has introduced a system of punishments for every slightest fault. Today they can take the child for the fact that the floors in the apartment are not washed or toys are scattered. The system developed according to the principle: children can do everything. Now this idea was hypertrophied into such a principle: punishing a child for a fault means violating his rights. The juvenile law presupposes the consideration of family misunderstandings on the basis of the full priority of the "rights" of children. If a child cries - parents are to blame, offended - taken from the family and the like. It comes to that the mother and father become slaves to their offspring, whose "whip" is the state system. It is, of course, parental love exploited under such a system.

The Juvenile System

A democratic society is strong by its written laws. Citizens are put by the state in conditions when rules can not be violated in any way. The slightest deviation from the law draws an instant punishment. However, if, under ordinary violations, a citizen can apply for the protection of his rights to a court, then things are quite different when the juvenile system is implemented. It includes special bodies seeking to infringe upon the rights of the child. They act quickly and closed, that is, children are seized at any place, without informing them of their whereabouts to their parents. Within a few days the case goes to a closed court. The decision of this body too is accepted quickly. A child is permanently removed from the family, without the possibility of challenging such an action by either party. The state takes the child under its care, it is extremely difficult to return it.

Juvenile Law in Russia

Almost throughout the territory of the post-Soviet space, until recently, older bodies dealing with the rights of minors continued to work. The principle of their, we recall, the priority of family education. But democratic changes have reached this sensitive sphere for the whole society. The West at the expert level reiterates that no system can not be as useful and rational for children as juvenile. Russia decided to introduce its principles in its country. Why in our society laws that are absolutely contrary to folk traditions, no one just explained. Since the time of King Gorokh in Russia it was believed that the family is the main component of a strong and strong state. It was also called the "cell" of society. In the family, children receive skills of normal life activity, absorb the traditions of the people and the like.

Opponents and critics of the juvenile system

It should be noted that the described view of upbringing caused serious unrest among citizens. At present, the law on juvenile justice in Russia has already been adopted. This document is entitled: "On the Basics of Social Services for Citizens in the Russian Federation". The alarm bells turned into a buzzing noise. The fact is that the introduction of the juvenile system creates a huge split between society and power. First of all, it is connected with the closedness of decision-making by the organs of juvenile justice. The state intervenes in family affairs, which we traditionally decide by the citizens themselves at their discretion. And they have the right (albeit not legislatively) to decide how to raise their offspring, including by what means.

But this is only the first layer of the problem

The most important split will go along the axis of trust of the citizens of power. According to the juvenile principles, the state takes care of the children for themselves. Do you know those who voluntarily give their beloved child to strangers? The society, as the initiators of such legislation hope, will openly and frankly express distrust of the current authorities. And this, apparently, is exactly what the innovators seek to destroy the well-being of Russia and its citizens. Other conclusions from the concept of "juvenile" for our society, taking into account the practice of Western countries, is not yet visible.
