System of executive authorities: the concept and the Russian outlines

The system of executive authorities is a set of political institutions that carry out functions for the management, control and supervision of adopted legislative acts. Powers of such institutions are usually prescribed in the Constitution, as well as in a special legal document whose operation is equivalent to constitutional norms. In this regard, the established norms governing the activities of these institutions are not reviewed in the ordinary legislative order, which ensures the integrity and continuity of the policy.

All state institutions operate within the framework of a generally accepted political strategy and thereby determine, first, the format of the existence of the executive authority as such. - The executive branch of the administrative subjects of the Russian Federation is bureaucratic structures formed by the subjects of the Russian Federation and carrying out state administrative functions on the ground.

In other words, the system and structure of executive authorities is an integral legal composition that creates, realizes and conducts a unified political line throughout the country. Thus, the federal system of the state is supported, including by constitutional methods.
