They say that throughout the history there are "eternal" questions. Not the last place is occupied, unfortunately, by the almost rhetorical question of how to take control of itself. It sounds in different situations, for different reasons. Can you find an answer to it? Of course, but provided that the person knows exactly why he needs it.

Let's look at a few situations in which the question sounds most often.

The situation is the first. How to take himself in hand, not to talk nonsense, not to offend the interlocutor or not give way to his anger? Perhaps this is the most common, but relatively simple situation. You just need to practice a little.

Method one. If you understand that listening to someone's stupidity or insults no longer has the strength, that the hand has already risen to strike, and you are ready to say whatever you think, take a deep breath. Very deep, such that it sticks under the sternum. Hold your breath for as long as possible, and then exhale very slowly. Know that the longer the exhalation, the faster will leave anger and any other negative. Usually two or three expirations, if you focus on them, enough to pull themselves together.

The second method is even simpler. Just drink a glass of warm, very sweet water. Believe me, it helps a lot, especially if you drink slowly

Finally, the third way is active. Never throw away dishes or glass jars. They are useful at a time when you want to kill someone. Take in the hands of an old plate, with all the force run it into the wall. Three or four plates, and you think you will forget how to pull yourself together. Negative emotions will go away, and the mood will rise. You will even become ridiculous.

The situation is second. How to pull yourself together in order to stop being lazy and start learning (or working)? Here you can not do without a scientific approach and willpower. First you have to find the motive. Try to imagine your future without education, without a good salary. Talk to people of different professions, see how they live. Think, that to you is closer: a life on 10 thousand a month or existence on more worthy sum. Have you found the motive? Now allocate yourself a workplace, make a schedule of classes, come up with a system of punishment-rewards. Did not do the planned? No walks, no communication with friends. Of course, this is difficult. It will require constant self-control. But with a certain training and commitment, everything can be achieved.

The situation is third. How to pull yourself together and lose weight? The question is no less, and perhaps even more complicated than the previous one. It needs the iron will, which will have to be trained, very rigid self-control.

We begin, as in the second situation, with the creation of motivation. You can hang your most unsuccessful photo on the refrigerator, showing all the fats, all the excess folds. Very often it helps. Take a medical examination. Remember that among people who died in old age, there are no obese people. They just die young.

We will assume that the motif is found.

We compose a diet. Not a diet - it is of little use. Just literate, perfectly balanced mode. We try to stick to it.

Now we start a food diary. In it, we note everything: what, when, what time did they eat. In the morning of each next day, we monitor, compare the results with the plan for proper nutrition, correct mistakes.

We do not keep a lot of food in the fridge. I wanted to eat at night - opened the refrigerator, and there it is empty. Goodnight!

Finally, we go in for sports. Or at least we walk. Believe me, the result will manifest sooner or later. You will definitely lose weight. Early - if you control yourself. Late - if you give slack.

You can theoretically answer the question of how to get yourself together. But to do this in practice can only the person himself, if he makes an effort.
