The public was presented with a new hatchback two years earlier, and the restyling version aroused considerable interest. The instrument panel, made in the "European" style, adjustable steering column, power windows, a new heater and a more modern design - all this "tuning" VAZ 21014 favorably distinguished the new model from its ancestors. Changes have touched and the engine. Now the VAZ 21014 is installing a new eight-valve 1.5-liter power unit with a system of distributed fuel injection.
