Useful properties of pears - help with diseases

What are the useful properties of the pear we know? Difficult question. We know that these fruits are delicious, sweet, they make a magnificent jam. But the properties of the pear? And yet this fruit contains vitamins of groups A, E, PP and many others, trace elements (iron, iodine), macroelements (calcium, sodium, magnesium and many others).

It is established that the age of the fruit tree is more than three thousand years old, and the useful properties of the pear were already known in the 18th century, when people began to breed various varieties of this fruit. Even then it was believed that by eating a pear fruit, you can lower the temperature, in addition, it was believed that the fruit has wound healing abilities. In Russia, the fruit and for a long time remained wild: it grew in forests, it was not cultivated, but the properties of the pear, known at that time, were actively used. So, for example, alcohol was obtained from it.

The pear contains about 12% of sugar and very little acid - 0.3%, as well as fiber, pectin, in moderate amounts, tannins and a lot of potassium, which has beneficial effects on the heart. As for the content of folic acid (it is involved in the processes of blood formation, it is extremely important for pregnant and newborns), the pear even surpasses the black currant. Doctors sometimes recommend eating as many fruits as possible to people who have crossed the forty-year line. This is especially true of men, whose diet includes compotes and just dried pear - the properties of the fetus contribute to the prevention of prostatitis and other diseases of the genitourinary system. In general, it is sometimes useful to arrange a "pear day", eating up to 2 kg of these fruits and nothing else. And it's just very tasty - to eat a sweet, ripe, juicy fruit, just ripped from a tree.

In cases of bronchitis and tuberculosis, baked or boiled pears are consumed. Fruit broth is also effective. Useful properties of pears are used in the case of urolithiasis, inflammation of the urinary tract.

Not many know, but the pear is still an excellent cosmetic. So, for example, if you knead this fruit and add a little sour cream and grapefruit juice to the resulting pulp, you will get a useful face mask that moisturizes the skin well. Also the pear is effective in fighting freckles. For this, the usual flesh of the fruit is applied to the face and after a while it is washed off with water at room temperature.

Despite the useful properties of the pear, there are some limitations to its use. First of all, the use of fruit is not recommended for half an hour after the main meal. After eating the pear, try to refrain from eating meat for 2-3 hours. This fruit itself contains enough moisture, so do not drink it with water. Moreover, it will significantly worsen digestion. In chronic diseases of the intestine or stomach, it is not necessary to eat pears in raw form (give preference to baked fruits). In addition, people in their ages are encouraged to eat more soft and ripe fruit to avoid stomach problems.
