Treatment of the gastrointestinal tract - the role of the child

The prevalence of diseases associated with the digestive tract, is becoming ever wider, this is due to the peculiarities of nutrition of modern man. We increasingly eat outside the house, increasingly snacking on unhealthy foods, such as fast food and instant soups. This food carries a danger, because it has many additives that disrupt digestion, absorption and metabolism in general.

Along with this, predispositions to diseases of the stomach and intestines are stresses, poor ecological conditions and heredity.

When a person comes for help to a doctor, he first of all recommends a diet. No matter how good the drug treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract was, it will not have the proper effect, if not adhere to a certain diet. Some pathologies can be cured only by normalizing their diet.

In total, there are 15 dietary tables, of which 5 are for the digestive system. They have their own variations and some differences, but there are similarities.

General principles of dietary nutrition

Of course, the treatment of the gastrointestinal tract is accompanied by the necessary restrictions, but this does not mean that a person is devoid of tasty and attractive. You can come up with many dishes, observing the basic rules of the diet table:

  • Requires a fractional power, this means that there is little need, but often;
  • Food should enter the stomach slowly and after a thorough chewing;
  • Food should not be cold (less than 15 degrees) and hot (more than 55 degrees), this is due to the fact that food of this temperature stimulates digestion. The most neutral food is considered warm, close to the temperature of the human body (37 degrees);
  • There can be cooked or stewed. Fried is excluded;
  • You can not eat fat meat (duck, goose), kidneys, brains. Preference is given to lean beef and fish;
  • Smoked and sausages are banned;
  • Treatment of the gastrointestinal tract involves the exclusion of solid foods (fruits with skin, cabbage, tendons and cartilage) to reduce mechanical effects on the mucosa;
  • Vegetable oil is added to the ready-made food;
  • Drinking should not be too hot or too cold;
  • You can not drink coffee, cocoa, cold juices and alcoholic beverages;
  • You can not flavor the food with a lot of salt and spices that irritate the digestive receptors (onions, garlic, horseradish, mustard, peppers). You can add parsley, bay leaf, cumin, dill, vanilla and cinnamon to the food. Lemon peel and marjoram are also suitable;
  • Bread should be from first or second grade flour, even better if it is yesterday or dry;
  • You can not eat fresh pastries, flaky and buttery dough;
  • It is necessary to exclude fried pancakes, ice cream, nuts and raisins.

To a person who started treatment of the gastrointestinal tract, it is worth remembering that after the end of the course one should not return to the food that provoked the disease. In general, people have a long pathology, which leads to a chronic course, so you need to stick to proper nutrition for a long time, but better, always.

In a person who does not protect his gastrointestinal tract, treatment is difficult and associated with pain, but after the onset of visible improvement and the disappearance of unpleasant symptoms, he realizes that it is better to adhere to proper nutrition than to suffer from pain and digestive disorders.

Those who have not yet encountered diseases, I would like to advise you to lead a healthy lifestyle, not overloading your diet with an abundance of food and fast food, as treatment of the gastrointestinal tract takes a lot of time and effort. Moderation at the table is the way that a healthy person goes.
