You will immediately see how the body will perceive such a change. The skin will become velvety, the face is fresh, the hair silky, and the soul will fly like a butterfly. And how can you complex and not like a well-groomed body? Love yourself not perfect, but such a real one, becoming the happiest. If you still can not calm down because of your "thick legs" and "big ears", start eating right and go to fitness or save money for a trip to the plastic surgeon. But believe me, this will not bring you joy, and even to love yourself is unlikely to help.

4. Pay attention to the environment

In order to have a desire to look after your body, do a manicure and make-up, watch your cosmetic bag. Do not make it look like a dump. It's no pleasure to comb the locks with a dirty appliance with hair clots and dye your lips, dirty with mascara, which stuck to the tube. Learn to treat carefully your cosmetic sets and wardrobe, because these things help you to become a beautiful and well-groomed lady.

Acquire a bright purse, diary, a case for sunglasses and other fashionable things that will please. Discard a cracked mug, an old set of bed linen and a washed towel. All objects create the surrounding atmosphere around, our little world, and the brighter and more colorful it will be, the more pleasant it will be in it.
