The recipe for the fungus can be of any variation, but it is important to remember the golden rule: it can never be broken before cooking. You do not even need to talk about the benefits of fecco. It contains various vitamins, as well as minerals, so necessary for the human body: calcium, phosphorus, zinc, copper, magnesium, manganese, iron, selenium and others. In addition, the composition of this noodle includes eight important amino acids, proteins, carbohydrates.

The recipe for fucose usually includes noodles, marinated pepper, jusai, radish, carrots and onions. But it can easily be modified. Rice noodles are widely used in salads and second courses, served in both cold and hot form.

For the preparation of the fucoze with meat, you will need 300 grams of noodles, 200 grams of carrots in Korean, 2 fresh cucumbers, 200 grams of beef, 100 grams of daikon, a tablespoon of soy sauce and adzhika. Noodles must be lowered into boiling water for no more than three minutes. Then you can get it, then cool it and cut it into small pieces. Beef should boil to the full readiness, that is, for a couple of hours. After that, cool it and cut it into strips. Dyke and fresh cucumbers, too, must be cut into thin strips. All vegetables are combined, and then seasoned with Adzhika and soy sauce.

And here is another recipe for fuchozy, which must be tried. Take half a kilogram of fungi, 300 grams of pork, medium radish, one onion, two carrots, a couple cloves of garlic, vegetable oil, pepper, salt, soy sauce. At the beginning of the work, put a pan of water on the gas so that it can boil to the right moment. Pork should be finely chopped, onions - rings, radish and carrots shredded with thin straws. Now, on a hot frying pan, having previously poured vegetable oil there, put the meat and fry it. At the end of this process, it is necessary to add to it chopped vegetables, that is carrots, onions and radishes. Now season and pepper the contents of the frying pan and mix. After a few minutes, squeeze out the garlic and add a few spoons of soy sauce. All this must be mixed and after a few minutes turn off the gas. The water in the pan, for sure, has already begun to boil, so you can put noodles in it. It is cooked for more than five minutes, constantly stirring. Finished rice noodles becomes transparent and gray. Put it in a colander, wring it out and put it on a wide dish. On top of the noodles is laid out ready-made sauce.

But the prescription fuchozy in the form of puff lettuce. It will take one serving of rice noodles, three eggs, 200 grams of boiled meat, one serving of radish and carrots in Korean and mayonnaise. Noodles need to be lowered into boiling water not for long, and then put in a colander. Eggs are beaten and thin pancakes are baked from them. Cut them into small pieces, like boiled meat. Take a dish and smear it with mayonnaise, then put a layer of noodles, it is smeared with mayonnaise, then - omelette - mayonnaise, followed by meat, then mayonnaise, carrot with radish - mayonnaise. Ready salad should be infused for several hours in the fridge. Get delicious and exquisite.
