To do this, drop a couple drops of vinegar on it. Put the resulting mixture in the dough. Now slowly fall asleep with flour. Stir. You should get a soft dough. Divide it into three equal parts. Using a rolling pin, roll each of the pieces into the cake of the desired diameter. You must bake cakes in the oven. Approximately it will take 20 minutes.

Cream Preparation

Chocolate kefir cake

For this recipe, use:

  • 2 cups (about 400 grams) of kefir;
  • 3 eggs;
  • A glass with a slide (about 250 grams) of flour;
  • Several spoons of cocoa powder;
  • A glass (about 200 grams) of sugar;
  • Two teaspoons of soda;
  • About 50 grams of poppy;
  • 600 ml cream;
  • A bag (10 grams) of gelatin;
  • A few spoons of butter;
  • A glass (200 ml) of milk;
  • A sachet of vanillin;
  • About a glass of cranberry jam (or any other);
  • 3 spoons of jelly of different colors;
  • A spoonful of orange peel.

Preparation: 1st step

Take half the sugar and beat it with one egg. Should be a magnificent foam, which will increase in volume by 1.5 times. Add kefir to it and whisk again. Mix cocoa with flour and soda. Gently put the mixture into the liquid mass. Whisk. There is no need to quench soda, as it is extinguished by kefir.

Step 2

Use the form: Teflon or silicone. Lightly oil it. Pour the dough and put the bake for 40 (or slightly more) minutes. The time depends on your oven. The temperature is 180 degrees. With a match or toothpick, check the availability of the cake. Dry - you can get it. Cool the cake, then cut it into two pieces.

While the cake is being cooked, prepare the cream. Gelatin must be soaked. Follow the instructions on the package or make a proportion: 10 grams of substance for 5 tbsp. Spoons of water. Leave gelatin for half an hour to swell. Mix the milk with poppy seeds and sugar. Put in it a peel of an orange. Blend the mixture for a few minutes, then remove from heat. After cooling the mass, enter gelatin into it. The mixture is kept on fire and stir. Whip cream into thick foam. Then add them to the poppy. Stir. The result is a light and airy cream.

Step 4

Smooth the prepared cakes with jam and spread the cream on one layer. Cover the bottom cake with the top, the side that is smeared with jam. Set it to freeze in the cold. It is better to use a freezer.
