Cake "The Book" - the best dessert for a holiday and anniversary

For any festive occasion and anniversary, usually the best and most original desserts are prepared. The best is the cake "The Book". And the recipe for its preparation may not necessarily be very difficult.

We offer a quick and original way of preparing a delicious cake.

It will require the following ingredients: two and a half glasses of top quality flour, three small spoons of baking powder, ten grams of salt, five proteins of raw eggs, three hundred and fifty grams of sugar, two glasses of milk, a small spoonful of vanilla extract and a little dye.

For chocolate glazing, you need: one hundred grams of condensed milk, half chopped chocolate bars, a pinch of salt, three large spoonfuls of water and one - vanilla extract.

To make a strawberry cream, you need: two packs of softened butter, two cans of condensed milk, half a glass of strawberry jam pitted.

Consider how to prepare a cake "The Book", step by step.

1. It is necessary to warm up the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Lubricate two rectangular shapes, having a size of 20x30, butter.

2. Sift the powder for baking, salt and flour several times to prevent any impurities from entering the dough.

3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, pour them into a deep saucepan and beat until foamy. Gradually add half the sugar. Beat the mixture to such a state that soft peaks are formed.

4. Then add the dye, sugar and milk. But you need to mix very carefully, so that the proteins do not fall off, otherwise the "Book" cake can turn out to be flat.

5. Now start to gradually pour the flour in small portions, continuously whipping the mixture to get a homogeneous mass. At the very end add vanilla.

6. Pour over cooked forms and bake for half an hour.

7. At this time, prepare the cream. To do this, beat the softened butter with a mixer to make the mixture creamy. Gradually start pouring a trickle of condensed milk. The resulting mass must be homogeneous.

Then add the strawberry jam, shake well and put the cream in the fridge so it stiffens.

8. Now proceed to the preparation of chocolate glazing.

For its preparation, it is necessary to boil water and put a bowl on a pan with water. In it, pour condensed milk, put chocolate and a pinch of salt. This mass must be constantly mixed and cooked to such a state that the chocolate melted, and the mixture should become uniform and thick. Typically, it takes ten minutes. Next, remove from heat and add a small amount of water, so that the frosting becomes viscous. Cool a little and add vanilla.

9. When all components are ready, you can issue a cake "Book". On the first cake smear a small amount of cream and sprinkle a little with glaze. Close the second cork.

10. Now the cake "Book" can be decorated. To do this, carefully lubricate the entire surface with cream and apply horizontal slanting lines with glazing, using a wide brush. Make small roses around the perimeter. You can write something in the center (for example, the date of the anniversary or the name of the originator of the celebration).
