  • Greens of parsley, dill, basil - a bunch;
  • Salt, a mixture of any ground peppers - to taste;

  • Favorite vegetable oil for frying - 2-3 tablespoons (for Italians - olive);
  • 100-150 grams of neutral to taste hard cheese.

For béchamel sauce you will need:

  • Butter - 80-100 grams;
  • Wheat flour (premium grade) - 3 tablespoons;
  • Milk - 700-800 grams;
  • Salt, any ground pepper.

Preparation. To make lasagna quickly, you need to start with the bechamel sauce.

  1. Prepare the sauce. For this, gently (without boiling) melt the butter in a frying pan. Pour the flour. Stirring, fry. We make sure that there are no lumps. In several stages, add milk (several tablespoons), each time carefully stirring the mass. When all the milk is poured in, bring the sauce to a boil and hold on for another 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
  2. We clean the onions and carrots. Then chop the onion finely, rub the carrots on a medium grater. We pour vegetable oil on the heated frying pan. We put onions, fry for 3-4 minutes. We add carrots, fry for 3-4 more minutes. Add the tomato puree and tushim all together for 4-5 minutes. Sometimes stir. We put minced meat, the whole mixture is stewed for about 10 minutes. Add spices and spices. Finely chop the greens cleared of coarse shoots. We add a couple of minutes to readiness.
  3. In a beautiful form (which can be served on the table) we put the lasagna sheets in such a way that they buried the bottom. We lay out the minced meat with vegetables. Fill with a layer of sauce. The operation is repeated several times. Usually from the specified quantity of products two or three "storey" lasagna turns out (depends on the area of the bottom of the form).
  4. The form is covered with foil and put in a preheated oven. The temperature is 175-180 ° C. The oven time equals the cooking time of the lasagna sheets, indicated on the package (about 20 minutes). After this time, remove the foil and sprinkle the dish with a layer of grated cheese. Again, we send it to the oven for 3-4 minutes, so that the cheese melts. Lasagna is ready.
