A snack salad is a delicious and easy-to-prepare dish. You will need a minimum of time and products. Do not know what to serve guests? We offer several recipes for salad snacks. Choose any of them and get down to the practical part. We wish you success!

Korean salad with salad

Necessary ingredients:

  • 30 ml of vinegar (9%);
  • Medium bulb;
  • Spices (pepper, salt);
  • Two carrots;
  • 1 tsp. Sahara;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • 2 tsp. Sesame seeds;
  • One sweet pepper;
  • 2 tbsp. L. Soy sauce;
  • Parsley - 2 branches;
  • Small zucchini;
  • 1 tbsp. L. Vegetable (refined) oil.

Preparation:

  1. Where do we start? We take a young zucchini. We wash it with tap water. There is no seed in it, so just cut it into cubes (along with the peel).
  2. Remove the husks from the bulb. We pulverize the pulp with thin semirings.
  3. Purify and rinse the carrots. What next? We rub it on the grater, using a special nozzle for Korean carrots.
  4. My pepper. We remove internal partitions and seeds. We cut into thin strips.
  5. Parsley can be chopped with a knife.
  6. Purified garlic cloves are cut into thin plates.
  7. In a bowl, shredded vegetables: onions, carrots, zucchini and peppers. Stirring. Add garlic, chopped parsley, sesame seeds and spices. Mix again. There, pour in the above amount of vinegar, butter and soy sauce. Stirring. The resulting mass is removed to the middle shelf of the refrigerator. There the future salad should stand for 2-3 hours. During this time, the vegetables will become soaked with spices.
  8. The snack salad is ready to serve and continue to be used. His taste qualities will be appreciated by fans of Korean cuisine.

Salad "Snack" from cabbage: a recipe for the winter

Grocery set:

  • 1,5-2 cups of table vinegar;
  • 5 kg of white cabbage;
  • 3-5 tbsp. L. Salt (to taste);
  • Sunflower oil and sugar - one glass;
  • Sweet peppers - 1 kg;
  • Onions and carrots - one kilogram.

Cooking Instructions

Step # 1. Rinse the carrots. We pass through a grater, using a nozzle with large holes.

Step # 2. With the bulbs we remove the husks. Cut the flesh into thin semirings.

Step number 3. Peppers are washed in running water. We remove internal seeds. Grind them into slices.

Step # 4. We take white cabbage. Carefully remove the top leaves. They are thinly shredded, then dashed with their hands.

Step # 5. In a large bowl, spread the crushed vegetables - peppers, cabbage, onions and carrots.

Step # 6. In a separate bowl, mix the necessary amount of vinegar, oil, sugar and salt. The resulting marinade water the vegetables. Stirring.

Step # 7. We got a juicy and appetizing Salad "Snack" from cabbage. You can put it in a deep plate and serve it to the table. There is another option - to roll for the winter.   • Sweet (yellow) pepper - half;
  • Salted herring - 3-4 pieces;
  • Spices (pepper, salt);

Practical part

Step # 1. Red and yellow peppers are washed in running water. Cut in half. We extract seeds and internal partitions. Cut the pulp with straw.

Step # 2. Onions are peeled off the husk. We need only half. We cut it into half rings.

Step number 3. A piece of rye bread we have to cut so that the cubes are 1 x 1 cm. We send them to a frying pan and fry them to dry, that is, without oil. As soon as the pieces are browned, turn off the fire.

Step # 4. Put the onions in a deep bowl. Fill with water and lemon juice. We record 10 minutes. This time will be enough for the onions to marinate.

Step # 5. Egg boil hard. Cool, remove the shell. We cut it not very finely.

Step # 6. Now we'll make a salted herring. Cut the fillet (preferably in thin strips).

Step # 7. Cheese should be cut into cubes.

Step number 8. At the bottom of a deep plate, place the pickled onions and chopped peppers. We add pieces of cheese, eggs and herring. Fill with mayonnaise. Stirring. Sprinkle with salt and spices.

Step number 9. We put the ready snack salad in a nice plate. As decoration, you can use parsley sprigs or mint leaves.
