Civil duty is expressed in the fact that a person is obliged to promote the realization of the functions of the state. The security system is a complicated matter, unfortunately, we hear quite a lot about its work from the media, sometimes we collide ourselves.

State structures protect their citizens from danger. But they can not know everything. The duty of a civic active person is to inform the relevant authority about their observations. You know, sometimes it's called a denunciation, although the very fact of interaction with those structures that care about us is not.

There is also a big difference between the Social Democrats and the Communists. Each party has its own goals and objectives. And they will begin to build the state in different ways. The market is the first one, the second ones are adherents of social programs. This will affect the life of a particular citizen. If you want your interests to be taken into account, then you will have to vote. But this is only part of the debt, and not the most important.

Civil Debt and Civil Position

It is suggested to think about something. The civil duty of a person is to vote. It's kind of like we already understood. There is another nuance here. Just come to the ballot box and drop the ballot - this is not the essence of duty, but the form of its implementation. To make this meaningful, it is necessary to understand which power (personalities) you give your preference. That is, it is necessary to understand what parties and candidates offer.

Active civic position in this case consists in studying information about party programs, the personalities of their leaders, and the like.

This is a huge and painstaking work. But it is necessary for the formation of a positive future. To execute a civil duty - business, as you can see, is not easy. Participation in public administration takes time, attention and effort.

The legislative framework

Such a concept as "civil duty" can not exist, so to speak, on a voluntary basis. Its essence is reflected in the Constitution - the basic law of every state. This is one of the principles of democracy.

So, the basic rights and duties of a citizen of Russia can be found in the text of the Constitution. For example, article 59 states that every citizen is obliged to make a feasible contribution to the defense of the Fatherland (see above on security). The duty of a citizen is to identify these dangerous trends and to neutralize them. Simply speaking, you need to understand for yourself what thoughts the authors put in their content and explain to others. Otherwise, as they say in the network, we will all become slaves.
