Than to feed the child?

All young mothers know for sure that it is best to breastfeed their baby with their breast milk, but in our time there is an increasing lack of milk or lack of milk. All this is due to the impact of environmentally dirty substances that have filled our planet, various diseases and so on. Therefore, in our time, many need to know what to feed the baby in addition to milk.

Basically, women who are unable to breastfeed use mixed or artificial feeding. But still, even if you know that such options are possible, it will be best to follow the doctor's recommendations about what lifestyle you need to lead to not lose the opportunity to lactation. In general, whoever says anything, breast milk is the best thing you can give your child.

Starting with four months, you should start feeding the baby from a spoon, but not earlier. Why not think about how to feed a child from a spoon before a certain period? It's very simple, your baby can only eat liquid food and he is not yet capable of producing special food movements. They also have children for up to four months with a protective reflex, the essence of which is to push hard food and foreign bodies out of the tongue. And after four months, this reflex begins to weaken and eventually completely disappears.

Breastfeeding (not milk) should begin with four months. For each child this time comes all the same in different ways. Here it is necessary to focus on the above-described reflex, and if you start giving lure earlier, then in the future it will be very difficult to feed the baby, because he will have a negative attitude towards food.

So what to feed the child? The majority begins to give the lure in the form of various porridges and mashed potatoes. When parents begin to give the child a lure, they can mark his activity: the kid himself opens his mouth at the sight of food. And by the age of five months, the children are already beginning to support the small bottles themselves. By the age of seven months, a child can start drinking from a cup, which is initially kept by the parents, and by nine months he begins to support it. In six months, children before eating can begin to tie a bib and wash their hands.

About seven months a baby can be given a crust of bread in order to get used to chewing it. First, you need to bring the child's hands to his mouth, accompanying the action with words, so that he understands what to do. Then you just have to talk, not show. That's why you should start to wash your hands from this age, because the baby starts to keep food with his own hands.

Given that the child is easily distracted, it should be planted in a quiet, peaceful place, where there are as few distractions as possible.

By ten months the child can begin to teach himself to take a cup of water, alternate bread with liquid food. Proper nutrition should consist of cereals and mashed potatoes from various vegetables and fruits, inverted meat through a meat grinder (or in a blender) and so on. However, in addition to the question of what to feed the child, it is worth considering how to give a child a drink. From the very first days of life, a child can be given boiled water. After a few weeks, you can give the child a variety of broths such as apple compote or broth of wild rose.

We must not forget that any type of food should be introduced into the diet of your baby gradually and only gradually. Also, you always need to give new food only in the morning so that during the day you can track the reaction. Liquid food should gradually move into a more solid one. Never need to overfeed a child, do not shove anything into him if he does not want it. If you enter new products, you should always do this separately, otherwise in case of an allergic reaction, you will not be able to determine what the allergy is to.

Now you know what to feed the child and how to feed the child. Following all the tips and recommendations, problems should not arise.
