If this does not happen, who knows, there would be enough strength and patience to continue training or not, recalls the athlete. The coach always supported, advised, helped to reveal even more potential and achieve better results. He was able to accurately guess the characteristics of his pupils and select a training program for each student separately.

The athlete says that if it were not for Alexander Baranov, then there would be no Olympics, there would not be Irina Tarasova. He has other students who have achieved remarkable results - Yana Borodina, Natalia Kutyakova.

In 2005, for her training in Kovrov, there were no suitable conditions, so Irina Tarasova left. Now Irina is a master of sports of international class. Trains in Moscow under the direction of the honored coach of Russia Morgachev Victor Nikolaevich. She has been in favor of CSKA since 2010.

How to train

The athlete says that in training you have to jump and run a lot. A special place is occupied by strength exercises. Irina says that she is pressing a barbell with a weight of 180 kg. In 2013 athlete Tarasova Irina won the Universiade gold in Kazan and showed the best result, having thrown the core at 18.75 m. As the athlete herself says, she is happy with the result - this is a worthy result for the Universiade. Irina's goal was to become a three-time champion, and she succeeded. The sportswoman tells that the victory to it hardly got, as there were problems with health - a trauma of an elbow. But despite the trauma, she coped. She noted that she will be able to enter the World Cup, although there will be a strong rivalry.

In 2015 Irina Tarasova is the winner of the Russian championship in shot put. In the sixth attempt, she showed the best result in the season - 18.01 m. Irina notes that before the ending she had good feelings. She was sure that she could significantly add her result in comparison with the qualification. "In the finals I made some technical errors," the sportswoman admits, "although I was sure that I eradicated them during training." The result she is pleased, as she was able to confirm her status as the strongest athlete of the country.

In 2013, having won gold at the Universiade, in her interview Tarasova Irina Ivanovna said that she was successful thanks to the support of two people - her husband and coach.
