We will need:

• 0.5 cup cold water;
• 1.5 cups of sugar;
• Food colorings (optional);
• 1-2 drops of vinegar;
• Low pot or frying pan;
• A few forks or Chinese sticks (they will be needed for wrapping sweet cotton wool).

Preparation:

1. First of all prepare a place for winding sweet cotton wool. To do this, secure the forks (Chinese sticks) in a standing position, supporting them with something from both sides.
2. Cooking sugar syrup. Mix sugar, water and vinegar in a saucepan and put on slow fire. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and remove from the plate.
