Ingredients (for 3 liters of water):

  • Potatoes - 3-4 pieces;
  • Dill - 1 bunch;
  • Onion - 1 piece of small size;

  • Bay leaf;
  • salt pepper.

First, you need to pour water into a large kasturyu and place in it a washed fish. Add salt, boil and boil for about 22 minutes. While the broth is being prepared, it is necessary to polish and cut the potatoes, chop the onion, and chop the onions and dill. Then remove the broth from the fire and strain it. Products:

First, cut the fish fillets into small pieces. Then we will clean vegetables, carrots we will grate on a grater, and onions we shall cut slices. Let's boil water on the soup and put fish, shrimp, carrots into it and add salt. We cook for about 6 minutes, after which we will fill the cream. Let it boil for another 12 minutes, then add the greens to taste. After that, the soup should be infused under the lid for about 6 minutes.

Fish soup from the head of salmon

Products:

  • Head of salmon - 1 piece;
  • greenery;
  • Carrots - 1 piece;
  • Onion - a pair of pieces;
  • Tomatoes - 4 pcs .;
  • Capers - a couple of pieces;
  • Pickled cucumbers - a couple of pieces;
  • lemon;
  • Olives (preferably with a bone);
  • salt pepper.

The head of the fish should be thoroughly washed, the gills removed. Boil water and put fish in it. Add greens. While broth is being prepared, it is necessary to periodically remove the foam. When the head of the fish is ready, it is necessary to take it out and disassemble, and to broth the broth. Then again put on fire and add the chopped onions with half rings and carrot rings. Remove peel from tomato, pre-scalded and cut into halves. Cut the cucumbers finely, and cut the greens.

Now add the carrots to the boiling strained broth and cook until half ready, then add the onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives (about 6-7 pieces), canned capers (spoon table), lemon juice. Salmon soup with cream and thyme

Products for cooking:

  • Garlic - 5 lobules;

  • Fillet of salmon - 350 g;
  • Fish broth (previously cooked) - 0.5 l;
  • Cream - 100 ml;
  • Fresh thyme;
  • greenery;
  • butter.

Initially, cut small pieces of onions, carrots and garlic. Garlic can be passed through the garlic - this will give the dish a unique flavor. Now let's pass the vegetables for 4 minutes on a small fire. It is advisable to do this in butter. In the boiling broth we add chopped potatoes with lobules, celery. Cook everything almost to the ready and add the sliced vegetables. When everything is ready, put salmon, cream, salt, thyme, herbs, pepper, shrimp and broth in the broth for about 4 minutes. When all the products are cooked, fish soup from salmon should be insisted about half an hour.
