Rowing mushrooms

Like many other mushrooms, the purple strider is found on humus soils. This species also grows in gardens. Rowberry mushrooms have a bright specific color. Their hat is painted in lilac-ashy, purple or brownish-red color, to the center it always darkens. It should, however, be said that over time the colors of the fungus become pale. Many young mushrooms ryadovki have hemispherical hats with curved edges. In the course of maturation, they have the property of expanding and reaching from six to fifteen centimeters in diameter. The leg can reach a height of up to ten centimeters, and in thickness - up to three. At the base, this part of the fungus thickens somewhat, becomes like a tuber and is covered with lilac felt. The plates are also violet, and the spores are from reddish to violet.

It should be said that, despite such an extraordinary appearance , the mushrooms of the ranks are edible. They have a delicate white-purple flesh with a pleasant aroma. The taste of mushrooms is somewhat sweet, spicy. But in their raw form they can not be used.

Cultivate the mushrooms ryadovki first steel in 1898 in France. At the same time, an attempt was made to recreate the natural conditions for their development. As a substrate, a mixture of composted manure (horse), needles and foliage was used. After a while, it was revealed that the rowan mushrooms were also excellent on the substrate for champignons. Soon the highest yields were obtained in Holland.

Cultivation of fungi is carried out on the same principle as the cultivation of champignons. Along with this, it is necessary to have certain knowledge.

The formation of the fruit body of the fungus occurs after reaching the temperature of the air marks below fifteen degrees - in winter, in autumn and sometimes even in spring. The culture bookmark is best implemented in May. However, you can start growing in the fall.

For the cultivation of fungi in the garden use specially prepared beds, boxes or bags that are placed in the shade of shrubs and trees or under an inclined roof to provide protection from rain and bright sun.

Plant the substrate with a mycelium in double quantity. To do this, take about two liters (1400 grams) of mycelium obtained on grains. When growing in bags, the percentage of mycelium is 2% of the mass.

Just as with the cultivation of champignons, after moving to the ground, the substrate must be covered and provided with an optimally high humidity. The most effective development of mycelium mushroom ryadovki occurs at a temperature of about twenty degrees. After two or three weeks, the substrate begins to overgrow with a purple mycelium. After this, apply a five-centimeter layer of moist soil on the crop. As a cover layer, mixtures intended for champignons are successfully used. After two or three weeks, you can see the mycelium that appeared on the surface of the soil. Soil does not need to be raked. After another three weeks, the first mushrooms will start to appear, the cover is then removed.

A very important condition in the cultivation of ryadovok is to ensure the optimum moisture of the coating layer. With very dry soil, small fungi can begin to dry up. If the layer is too wet, the mycelium will grow strongly, forming a sufficiently dense cover, from which the fungi can not penetrate outside. In either case, repeated application of the soil layer is recommended. Its thickness should not be more than 0.5 centimeters. The earth should be added after each wave of harvest.

Collection of mushrooms is carried out by twisting them out of the ground, when the hat assumes a horizontal position. After three to four months of cultivation, the substrate is depleted, but it is used to improve the soil structure.
