Then in the hot cream, put the swollen gelatin, carefully stir, pour into another bowl. Put it in cold water with ice and whisk the cream until it cools. After you send an hour and half to the refrigerator.

At the end of this time, roll the roll, remove the towel and spread ¾ of the cream. Roll the roll.
