There are almost no such people, but how tasty to cook such a dish is a serious matter. Roast is the most satisfying and tasty meat dish that all family members will like. But delicious food still needs to be properly cooked, since the inept actions of the cook can lead not only to the damage of products, but also to a bad mood. So, the recipe for roast beef consists: for 5 servings of roast take 0.5 kg of beef pulp, a large onion, carrot, ½ liter of white wine (dry), 1 pod of bitter pepper, 8-10 potatoes, 3 slices of garlic, a small bunch of parsley , Vegetable oil, salt, spices - turmeric, coriander, bay leaf. If all the above ingredients are ready, then you can start cooking.

Beef cut into pieces across the fibers, shift the onion rings and pour marinade from wine and bitter pepper. Meat should be marinated for at least an hour at room temperature, and you can put it in the refrigerator for the whole night.
Pickled onions cut in half and fry in a saucepan in vegetable oil until clear, add the coarsely ground carrots and put out with onions. Meat squeeze off the marinade, cut into strips and fry along with vegetables for 2-5 minutes. This will ensure the refinement of taste and unforgettable sensations that will remain in your memory for a long time. Next, pour into a hot marinade and simmer for 10-15 minutes with the addition of salt and spices. Peel potatoes and cut into a large cube. Although some housewives prefer to cut potatoes into smaller pieces, as this speeds up the cooking process. Choose yourself.

Next, put the potatoes on the meat and add water, so that it completely covers it. Cover the stewpan with a lid and cook the roast beef in the oven for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. A few minutes before the cooked in the roast beef, put the garlic and greens. For those who do not eat potatoes and prefer lighter dishes, we suggest trying a roast beef with cream. The taste qualities are a bit different, but it's all for the lover. So, take 800 gr. Beef, 2 pcs. Onion-turnip, 2 pcs. Carrots, 3 tbsp. Spoons of butter or any other fat, 150 ml of creamy fat, salt and ground black pepper. The beef pulp (preferably from the hip part) is cut into slices 1.5-2 cm, put in a plastic bag and lightly beat off. This is necessary in order for the meat to be better stitched and the dish was more tender and pleasant to the taste.

Next, grease the meat with a softened butter on both sides, pepper, salt and fry in a hot frying pan. But do not overdo it, as this can lead to damage to the product (the crust should be rosy). Next, chop onion semirings, and carrots - thin circles. Lightly brown the vegetables on butter or other fat. Take a deep frying pan or pan with a non-stick coating. Put the meat in it, top the roasted vegetables, pour all the cream and stew the roast beef over a small fire until ready.
