For two servings you need to take 4 eggs, one multi-bowl of tomato juice, some hard cheese, fresh sweet pepper (if you like Bulgarian - with it will be even tastier), fresh greens and spices to taste.

Turn the multivarker into the "Baking" mode, grease the bottom with vegetable oil and lightly puff sweet pepper. Then beat the eggs with tomato juice (you can both in the blender and manually), tamper with greens, spices, grated cheese. Close the lid, wait 20-30 minutes - and it's ready!

Pay special attention to the fact that the omelet does not need to be turned over during cooking. To conveniently get an omelet, cover the bowl with a plate, turn over and enjoy a fine dish. This airy tender omelet does not burn at all, it does not dry out, and you can safely use it even during an easy diet.
