Prepare cutlets in the multivarquet "Polaris"

They have fallen in love with themselves if not all, then almost all. Some, it is worth saying, did not appreciate the merits of this device, but I think awareness and recognition will come a little later, with experience, for example.

In this article we will talk about how to cook all your favorite cutlets in the multivarquet "Polaris", for example.

So, in order to prepare this dish, you can use two modes: "Hot" and "Steamer". There is a possibility that, depending on the model, the modes can change. In addition, many craftsmen can cook delicious delicacies in unpredictable conditions, for example, in the "Soup" or "Crust" mode. We will only talk about how to cook chops in the multivarice "Polaris" in the usual ways.

Method one, steam

It's simple. It is necessary to put in the basket, attached to the machine, cutlets, set the appropriate mode and the necessary time. Recipes we will offer a little later, but now let's talk about how you can use this mode yet.

All of you perfectly understand that the function "Steamer" works very simply: water boils for a given time, the products are prepared. Why not use it? All that is required of you is to choose the appropriate garnish cooking time. That is, if you cook meat patties in a multivariate "Polaris", then they will take 20 minutes to cook. During this time, pasta, for example, will turn into jelly, but the buckwheat will be delicious, like rice, among other things. You can put the potatoes, the cooking time is also 20 minutes.

When the dish is ready, it can be sprinkled with dried dill and add a small piece of butter. It will be very tasty. To prepare steam cutlets in the multivarquet "Polaris", some experts recommend in the "Rice" mode, also combining this process with cooking the garnish.

Fish cutlets

The easiest way to remove the fillet with pink salmon, chum, cod or lemonella. Our advice is this: do not twist the meat, but chop it with a knife. So cutlets will become much juicier. To small pieces, you need to add egg, salt and pepper, finely chopped onions. The stuffing will turn out to be somewhat liquid, it will be difficult to form portions of it, so we suggest replacing the bun, soaked in milk, breadcrumbs. Add them in several stages, making sure that the stuffing is not too thick, but not liquid. Give the stuffing to stand a little (5-10 minutes), and then start to form cutlets.

In the multivariate "Polaris" the counting time starts from the boiling point of the water. That network generally results in a period of cooking the steam cutlets approximately twice as much as what you set on the display. For the preparation of fish cutlets it takes no more than fifteen minutes from the time of boiling. You can set smaller values if you made small and almost flat cutlets.

Chicken cutlets

Pass through a meat grinder a pound of chicken meat. Take both a lean breast and fat thighs. Add a large onion, also scrolled through a meat grinder, and a little bread crumb soaked in milk. Add spices and salt to the mixture, egg. Give it a little "rest", and then sculpt the cutlets.

Frying

The difference in the processes of preparation is cardinal. Turn on the "Hot" mode, pour a lot of vegetable oil, let it warm up well (5-7 minutes). Then lower the portions of stuffing. Fry on both sides until golden brown and remove from the oil. Cutlets are not yet ready, they need a heat treatment on low heat for ten minutes minimum, when it comes to classic cutlets from pork and beef. To do this, they can be sent to warm in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, put out in a frying pan on very low heat or send back to the unit, which must be freed from oil.

Fried cutlets in the multicolor "Polaris" can be less caloric if you simply fry them from two sides on a lightly oiled surface. The choice is yours!
