First, you need to peel the potatoes and cut out the middle, in which the filling will be placed. Cut the remains of potatoes do not need to throw, as they can be grated and added to the filling.

To prepare forcemeat, take the ham and cut into cubes. Then grate the cheese, add to the ham and mix thoroughly. Greens chop and mix with minced meat. After this, stuff half the potatoes with the stuffing, dip each into mayonnaise and wrap them in foil. After all the halves are stuffed, put them on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes in the oven (200 degrees). In order to check the potatoes for readiness, it is necessary to remove a small piece of foil and see if there is a golden crust under it. If not, then leave the potatoes bake for a while.

This recipe is not just easy and fast, but also very useful. For preparation it is necessary to take potatoes of a large size for about 200 g. Ingredients:

Potatoes - 6 pieces (large);

Butter - 120 g;

Filler - 200 g (to taste);

Cheese - 140 g;

Green onion;


We wash the potatoes and wrap them carefully in foil. Then put it on a baking sheet and add a little water, so it does not burn. Bake at a temperature of up to 200 degrees an hour and a half.

Chop finely chives and dill. When the potatoes are ready, cut it in half without removing the foil. Then use a fork to crush the flesh of the potatoes and add there onion, dill, butter, cheese and mix. As a filler for potatoes can be any salad or simply sliced vegetables.

Potatoes baked in the oven entirely

This recipe is prepared faster than all of the above, but its merits from this do not become less. As it was said at the beginning, it is in the peel that there are the most useful substances. For preparation, the following ingredients will be required:
