Poplar rowing (sandpiper mushroom)

Poplar rowing - a mushroom, which in the people is still called a sandpiper, topolnik or podtopolnikom. This macromycet is edible (the third category), but rare enough. Poplar rowing is a mushroom, in the name of which it is clearly reflected where it should be collected. As a rule, it grows in large clusters. This macromycete has enough admirers among the "quiet hunting" fans.

Description

The poplar row is a mushroom that has a hat with a diameter of up to 15 cm, with a fibrous-scaly or fibrous edge. In young macromycetes, it has a hemispherical shape. Then it becomes convex-prostrate, and then fractured and depressed. The hat of the pit may be dark brown with a reddish tint or yellowish-grayish brown. His flesh is thick, white and fleshy. Under the skin, it is grayish-brown. On the slices and slices the flesh acquires a brownish hue. It tastes bitter, it smells of fresh flour. Wide, frequent plates of macromycete can be attached to the stem or free. In young specimens they are whitish with a slight pale pink tint, in the old ones they are brownish with rusty spots. Spores of the basement are spherical or oval. Their powder is white. The foot of the fungus is dense, dry, fibrous, cylindrical, with a thickened bottom, slightly flattened, solid inside, yellowish brown. It reaches a diameter of 4 cm and a length of 8 cm. In places of pressure, brown spots appear on it.

Habitat

Many "quiet hunters" are interested in where to collect these mushrooms. Poplar rowing often occurs in deciduous plantations with the presence of poplars. As a rule, these mushrooms are well covered with a layer of fallen leaves. Because of this, dirt and sand adhere to them. Many mushroom pickers joke that it is necessary to hunt for this series with a shovel, and not with a knife. The podtopolniki always grow in very large clusters. These macromycetes can be found on roadsides and in parks (there must be a poplar). In droughty years, they need to be found in the lowlands, as well as along the banks of water bodies. These fungi are widespread in all areas where there are poplars: Eastern and Western Europe, the south and middle band of the Russian Federation, Siberia, the Urals, the Far East. Poplar rowing begins to bear fruit in August. In more northern regions the landmark is the beginning of the leaf fall. Season, as a rule, ends by the first of November.

Doubles

Poplar rowing - a mushroom, which at a young age is similar to a row of crowded. The latter is a conditionally edible macromycete, so it is not scary to confuse. However, there is another double - a poisonous tiger series. It is necessary to focus on collecting the fact that the underflood, unlike the latter, grows in large communities and is always close to poplars.

Culinary Characteristics

Poplar rowing - the mushroom is quite tasty in pickled and salted form, but it can be cooked in other ways. Strangely enough, it is not at all difficult to wash the ranks of sand and garbage. To remove bitterness from macromycetes, they must be soaked for at least two days with frequent changes of water, and then boiled. Pre-clean the hose from the skin.
