Patty with sausage: description and ways of cooking the product

A cake is a culinary product with a small filling that is prepared, as a rule, from a yeast dough. Now it is difficult to say who first invented such an unusual, but very delicious product. Currently, there are many of its varieties. But the most popular is still the pie with sausage. You can do it differently. It all depends on the type of dough and the way the product is cooked.

Baking in the oven

To make a classic patty with sausage it's better to use the simplest option - baking in the oven. This method is ideal for yeast dough products. In this case, in addition to special equipment and utensils, the following products will be needed:

600 grams of flour, 25 grams of sugar and butter, 380 grams of water, one teaspoon of dry yeast and salt.

In addition, you will need 1 package of sausages and 1 egg.

To make a patty with a sausage, in principle, is not difficult:

  1. First, you need to make a dough. For this you can use the bread maker. Here everything is very simple. The first thing to do is to pour water in, and then fill in the dry ingredients. Lastly, oil is added, pre-cut into pieces. After that, close the lid and set the dough mode on the panel. After 90 minutes the half-finished product will be ready. Smart device itself will produce not only batch, but also an additional trick.
  2. Ready dough should be rolled out in the form of a 3 mm thick layer. After that, it will only be cut into strips. The width of the blanks can be arbitrary.
  3. Each sausage is densely wrapped with a strip of dough and fastened to the end.

  5. The surface of each product should be greased with an egg.

Yeast dough, vegetable oil, sausages, 1 onion and a little flour.

Such pies are prepared according to the following technology:

  1. The head of onions finely crumble and add to the dough. During frying, this will give the product an extra flavor.
  2. Roll the cooked dough into a layer.
  3. Divide it into pieces, and then in each wrap the sausage so that it is not visible.
  4. Fry in boiling oil on low heat on both sides.

The whole process takes no more than half an hour. However, here everything depends on the number of sausages. Such fragrant patties will be an excellent option in case you need to quickly cook something tasty.

Double "coat"

Very tasty is obtained if you cook a patty with sausage and potatoes. It turns out a rather original product, in which meat is wrapped in a double "coat" of dough and potatoes. For the preparation of such patties will require:

0,5 kg of yeast dough, 12 pieces (1 kg) of sausages, flour and 0.4 kg of ready puree from potatoes.

The technology of this process is as follows:

  1. The dough needs to be kneaded and divided into several parts by the number of sausages.
  2. Roll each piece with a rolling pin.
  3. On top of it, put the mashed potatoes and carefully distribute it with a spoon. If desired, in this filling, you can add a little grated cheese, pepper or fried onions.
  4. In the middle put the sausage and wrap it in a "fur coat" so that neither side shows any seams.
  5. Such products can be prepared both in a frying pan and in the oven. In the first case, fry better in vegetable oil, until a delicate ruddy crust appears on the surface. For baking the same semi-finished products should be sent to the oven for 25 minutes, warming it up to 180 degrees.

The result in both cases is a pleasure for all lovers of pies.

Nutritional value of the product

Many consider it a good option for a quick snack is a pie with sausage and potatoes. The calorie content of this product at a rate of 100 grams is about 235 kilocalories. For a finished product, this figure will be much larger. After all, one patty, depending on the amount of dough weighs from 150 to 200 grams. Accordingly, the calories in it will be one and a half to two times more. At first glance it seems that this is not much at all.
