Parable "It will not always be so"

Life is changeable. This is the story of the famous parable "It will not always be so." There are several options for an instructive story. The article contains a parable, the characters of which are the great painters Rafael and Michelangelo.

Creative Crisis

Once Michelangelo visited his colleague. It was on a cloudy autumn day. Michelangelo was in the deepest creative crisis. Muza left the artist long ago, and he, desperate, asked a friend for a rope. To the question of Raphael about why he needs this object, a man whose name subsequently entered into all sorts of encyclopedias, answered that only death can save him from suffering. And since the painter was at that time young and quite healthy, the impression was created that it would take many, many years to live, and therefore suffer.

Raphael reacted to the friend's request very mysteriously. The creator of the "Sistine Madonna" smiled enigmatically and went to the distant rooms of his luxurious house. From there for another half an hour the desperate artist heard the roar and sounds of the fall of the giant canvases. At last the owner of the house returned. He looked tired, but happy. In the hands of Raphael was by no means a rope. The painter was holding in his hands an unusual beauty painting on which was depicted one of the biblical plots. Below, oil paints were written: "It will not always be so."

Changes

A somewhat surprised guest took a picture from the master's hand. Rafael reminded his colleague that despair and dreams of death are the greatest sin. "It will not always be so!" - said the great artist and advised to hang a picture in the house, in the most prominent place. After all, its name contained the wisdom of the secular and the Christian.

It was not long before the good news came to the house of Michelangelo. One of the distant relatives, whose existence was not known not only to the artist himself, but also his father, and even his father's father, died. The only heir was a painter - a man who, not so long ago, from need and creative emptiness, was thinking about suicide.

Michelangelo became rich. And soon he was completely convinced of the truthfulness of the words "It will not always be so." Because he was even better. The artist was entrusted with the painting of the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. His paintings were exhibited in the best galleries of the country. He became not only rich, but also famous. And so, no longer needed a picture called "It will not always be so."

Again at Raphael

Michelangelo went to his friend in order to return the gift. The artist was convinced that from now on nothing bad will happen in his life. However, Raphael did not take a picture. Sadly looking at his friend, he said: "Your works are known throughout Europe. You are rich. But do not forget that this will not always be so. "

Subsequently, the great Italian painter more than once was convinced of the truthfulness of his colleague's words. In his life there were many ups and downs.

"It will not always be so" - a parable that arose in the old days. In the cultures of different peoples, there are various variations of this legend. In the story set out in this article, we are talking about the life of the artist of the sixteenth century. However, the parable is still relevant today. After all, life is changeable.
