Pangasius - is harmful or useful?
It is known that sea fish, seafood is a source of iodine and fluorine. In addition, they are rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, phosphorus, vitamins A, E, D and various amino acids. Pangasius is called the predatory bottom fish, the objects of hunting are mollusks, crustaceans, small (and sometimes rather large) fish. The length of this fish is 1.3 m, and the weight can reach 44 kg, although the average individual, suitable for commercial use, usually weighs 1-1.5 kg. In the modern market, you can find two types of pangasius: Pangasius Bokorta and Siamese pangasius (although the genus of pangasius includes about thirty varieties).
