Nettle salad: the benefits of the dish

Any nutritionist will tell you that if you want to lose weight or maintain a slender figure, you must adhere to certain rules of nutrition. But there is one swede and apples are not very interesting. What about nettle? It can be added not only to salads, but also to soups, even used as a filling for pies. Spring nettle salad: recipe

To prepare this dish, you must use only young leaves of the plant. Neither his stems nor the old damaged leaves will fit. Take three hundred grams of nettle leaves, two hundred grams of rinsed sorrel and the same amount of plantain. Try to tear the plantain where there are less cars, otherwise you will achieve the opposite effect: the nettle salad will turn into a dangerous dish. Also stock dandelion leaves. They should be fifty grams, not more. The most "banal" ingredient in a salad is a feather green onion. You can put it as much as you like, because, firstly, it is extremely useful, and secondly, it is unlikely to spoil the taste of the ready-made dish.

Nettle salad: the way of cooking

Now, regardless of whether you tore greenery in the garden or bought it on the market, wash it thoroughly. The so-called "control flush" will remove dirt that could stick up while you were harvesting the grass. Dry "a set of vitamins" with a dish towel or napkins. You have two ways: you can just chop all the greens manually, or you can pass it through the meat grinder. By the way, usually lazy housewives choose the second option. However, remember that in the process of such grinding, the greens quickly lose juices, and along with them and their useful properties. A salad of nettles simply has to be useful. Now boil two or three large chicken eggs. They also need to be ground and mixed with chopped herbs. In principle, the salad is ready for consumption, but if you plan to treat someone to them, then you can still puff a little over the masterpiece. Take a fresh radish and crumble it with rings, mix with salad and season with oil (sunflower or olive oil). Mayonnaise is not recommended at all. Now your salad is perfectly tucked in, and bright accents (radish) decorate the dish and give it a restaurant look.
