During this time, you can easily get rid of 5-6 extra pounds. If the goal is achieved, and you want to repeat, you should remember about the need to give the body a rest for several days (3-4 days).

The main dish is onion soup. Diet on its basis excludes from consumption fatty foods. It does not contain high-calorie products, and the vegetables that are used to make it, help to break down fats in the body. They have low caloric content and are part of many balanced diets. Diet on onion soup is characterized by the fact that more energy is consumed to assimilate the main dish than it does from the products that enter it. Therefore, onion soup is not scary to eat several times a day, without limiting yourself in quantity.

To prepare onion soup, take 1 kg of cabbage (preferably white), 6 medium sized bulbs, 2 medium pods of bell pepper (according to some information, preferably green), a bunch of celery, 2-3 tomatoes (to taste), seasoning or bouillon cube , Salt (to taste), you can add spices (pepper, garlic, curry). Cut the vegetables and put them in a saucepan with cold water. After boiling, everything is boiled for 10 minutes on high heat, and then until ready (guided by cabbage) on a slow one.

Using onion soup diet allows you to still use the extra diet, which is scheduled for a week as follows (in addition to the main course):

1 day: fruits (any, except for high-calorie bananas and grapes);

Day 2: any vegetables in fresh, stewed, boiled form (2-3 baked potatoes and maybe a little vegetable oil);

Day 3: vegetables (excluding potatoes) and fruits (excluding bananas)

Day 4: two or three bananas and up to two glasses of skim milk. The organism needs protein-vitamin make-up. This is a turning-point day. A mood drop is possible;

Day 5: Up to 500 grams of boiled low-fat meat (chicken, beef or fish) and tomatoes;

Day 6: meat, vegetables (except potatoes) and greens;

Day 7: brown rice, vegetables and fruit juice.

Onion soup and products of the supplementary diet are more appropriate to take in small portions during the day, so it will be better to dull the feeling of hunger, and the amount of food entering the body will be minimal. During the diet, you must monitor fluid intake. Its quantity should not be less than 2 liters. It is better if it is clean water without gas. Water positively influences the metabolism occurring in the body and promotes the process of removing salts and toxins from the body. Coffee and tea should ideally be deleted from the list, but if you can not refuse them - drink without sugar and milk.

One significant restriction during the onion diet: you can not eat fried foods, bakery and flour products, any sweets, including natural honey, carbonated drinks, including dietary, alcohol. It should be remembered that alcohol can be consumed after at least a day, after the end of onion diet.
