Non-standard diet on apples

The composition of apples includes almost all vitamins and minerals necessary for the body. They include potassium, calcium, iron, iodine, manganese. Diet on apples is not only getting rid of excess kilograms, but also improving the entire body. After all, they contain all the necessary substances for the prevention of hypertension and atherosclerosis. And the pectin contained in them removes toxins, radio nuclides and salts of heavy metals from the body. But like any other mono-diet, it can be used to correct body weight only as fasting days, and not as a food system.

Diet on apples today is quite popular, because if they have medicinal properties, apples are one of the most affordable products. They lower the blood cholesterol level in the blood and stabilize the sugar, and due to the fiber they contain contribute to the cleaning of the intestines.

To date, nutritionists have developed more than one diet on apples. The body of each person reacts differently to different diets. And that's why each person can choose the most suitable for him physiological methods.

One of the apple diets was called "diet 10 kg" or "non-standard apple diet". Its essence lies in the use of pectin, which can dramatically reduce the caloric content of the diet, have a beneficial effect on intestinal motility, reduce absorption of food and have a beneficial effect on the intestinal microflora. Pectin diet on apples allows you to get rid of 10 extra kilograms in seven days, it removes from the body not only toxins and radionuclides, but stagnant fatty deposits.

It looks like a "10 kg diet" as follows:

1 DAY: APPLE

Breakfast: mashed apples 2-3 pcs. With lemon juice, sprinkled with walnuts;

Lunch: salad of parsley, green onions, apples, and eggs;

Dinner: 3 medium sized apple.

2 DAY: APPLE-DRAWING

Breakfast: boiled rice and 3 apples;

Lunch: apple puree with rice and lemon juice - 1 portion;

Dinner: boiled rice (0.5 servings without salt).

3 DAY. APPLE AND CREAM

Breakfast: 2 apples and low-fat cottage cheese (0,5 servings);

Lunch: sliced apples mixed with low-fat cottage cheese, honey and a handful of walnuts;

Dinner: low-fat cottage cheese - 150 g.

4 DAY. CARROT-APPLE

Breakfast: grated 2 carrots and 1 apple;

Lunch: Salad of carrots, apples with honey and lemon zest;

Dinner: two baked apples with honey.

5 DAY. CARROT-MIXTURE

Breakfast: grated carrots and beets;

Lunch: oatmeal, 1 egg and boiled beet ;

Dinner: grated carrots with honey.

6 DAY. REPETITION OF 1 DAY.

7 DAY. REPETITION 2 DAYS.

Some recommendations for diet:

• Drink follows ordinary clean water, you can have green tea or herbal decoction. But without sugar;

• Categorically exclude alcohol sugar, salt. Limit smoking;

• If you feel strong hunger, you can eat a few apples.

Of particular interest is information on how to lose weight with apple cider vinegar. It affects the acceleration of metabolism, improves the functioning of the intestines and reduces appetite. Preparing a drink that is a mixture of water with apple cider vinegar, in a ratio of 1:25, that is, a glass of water is added about 10 ml of vinegar (two teaspoons). To enrich the taste of the drink in it, you can add honey. Drink beverage 3 times a day for 30-40 minutes before meals, preferably through a cocktail straw, so that the acidic environment of the drink does not damage the enamel of your teeth. Essential results can be felt not earlier than in a couple of months.
