'Narine' leaven and yogurts based on it - a healthy product on your table

The yeast for yogurt "Narine" is a real health product. The drug began to be used in the 60's to treat many problems associated with the digestive system, to improve immunity, treat dysbacteriosis and other problems. "Narine" leaven was used to restore patients affected by Chernobyl. It was approved for use by the World Health Organization.

However, it is believed that the best effect is given by yogurt from "Narine" or other sour-milk products cooked on this leaven.

How to prepare a natural homemade yogurt from "Narine"

It is best to prepare yoghurt on the basis of "Narine" immediately on a family of 2-3 people, since 1 standard sachet is used per liter of milk. Before you start, all the utensils that you use, especially spoons and jars for fermentation, should be sterilized and wiped dry to prevent the ingress of excess bacteria.

Leaven for yogurt "Narine": take 200 ml of milk and "Narine" in powder (1 sachet). Milk boil on low heat for 15 minutes, cool to 40 degrees. We pour 1 bag of "Narine" and stir. We insist a mixture of about 20 hours in a warm place - a clot should form. Then put in the refrigerator for another 3 hours. We take out the vessel and mix it again. "Narine" leaven is ready.

We prepare yogurt: boil 1 liter of milk and cool it to 40 degrees. Add 1 tablespoon of sourdough, mix everything. If you cook in a yogurt, spill on the banks.

In the winter, you can insist on yogurt on the battery, however, it is best to buy a yogurt, as it has temperature drops and any adverse changes in the microclimate for lactobacilli are minimal. Insist yogurt need from 5 to 7 hours. Correctly cooked yogurt forms a small clot. It can be mixed and poured into a bottle. If you insist a little longer, it will be more dense. The shelf life of the product depends on the quality of the milk and the level of sterilization of the dishes. So, "Narine" leaven can stay in the refrigerator for about a week, and the finished yogurt - from 2 (pasteurized milk) to 10 (sterilized, ultra-pasteurized or fresh boiled milk) days. It is worth noting that the quality of the yogurt you receive directly depends on how accurately you have followed the recipe and all the details of the preparation specified in the recipe. One can be put aside to use instead of starter.

If you drink yoghurts "Narine" for preventive purposes, then to sweeten its slightly acidic taste you can use a little honey or eat with fruit.

Such a product can be given to small children from birth. "Narine" leaven and sour-milk products, which are made on its basis, help to combat allergies, promote the proper functioning of the intestine, maintain its normal microflora. Children, who from an early age used fermented milk products based on the ferment "Narine", are less likely to get sick.
