Medvedkovskaya OPG. Medvedkovskaya organized criminal group (leaders)

Medvedkovskaya organized criminal grouping originated in Moscow. In 1993-94 years. In the last century it became part of a larger gang. The name refers to one of the districts of the capital, in which the members of the formation were trained.

Criminal Russia: Medvedkovskaya OPG

In the early 90's. A fairly large bandit formation arose. His leader was Sergei Timofeev (Sylvester). At that time there was a strong competition between the gangs for the subordinate districts. Eliminate the competition allowed enough cruel measures, which was used by Sergei Timofeev. Sylvester quickly quickly subjugated the smaller formations.

Elimination of competitors

September 13, 1994 in the evening on the 3rd Tverskaya-Yamskaya near the house number 46 was blown up the car, which was Sylvester. For the role of the leader after this event, Grigory Gusyatinsky (Grinya) began to claim. In January of the 95th Sherstobitov (Lesha the soldier) in collusion with Oleg Pylevym eliminates him. In the next, 96-m, Ananevsky (Kultik) perishes. He was shot by Pavel Zelenin. Ananevsky was Sylvester's right hand, who, after the death of the latter, stood at the helm of the gang. After his murder, the leader becomes the Dragon (Sergei Volodin). However, after a few months he also dies. Buried Dragon on the Khovansky cemetery, next to Ananyevsky, where almost all the leaders of the Medvedkovo OPG were buried. She and the other subordinate small gangs were led by Osya (Butorin).

The Brothers Pylevy

Oleg and Andrei recognized the indirect submission to Ose. The first was responsible for conducting all the military operations. He provided control over the gang, counterintelligence, carried out punitive measures. Andrey was more attracted to the world of business. In his work, he sought to establish control over this sphere. He did it from Spain. In the subordination of the Pylevs there were car-care centers, gas stations, restaurants, cafes, as well as Prague, Pokrovsky, Mitinsky and Tushinsky markets. In addition, they had their own travel agency. Through it militants were issued international passports. Also the Pylevi brothers held a nightclub and a law firm.

"Butorinians"

In 1995, in the summer, was shot almost in front of City Hall Alexander Bijamo. He was the head of the "Assyrian" brigade. As established by the investigation, he was killed at the monument to Dolgoruky. A pistol, gloves and a killer's jacket were thrown out in the courtyard of No. 25-a, located on Bolshaya Dmitrovka, where the Prosecutor General's Office stands. This murder, like many others, was committed by Special Forces Pustovalov (Sasha the Soldier). Further, "Butorinians" removed the leaders of the Kuntsevo group Skvortsov and Kuligin, the falconer Kutepov. During the month of the war with the Izmaylovo gang, they shot more than 10 of its members and ringleaders. Butorin, feeling that he was hunting, staged his funeral in the year 96 at the Nikolo-Arkhangelsk cemetery, and left for a while in the shade.

Murder in a Greek villa

In 1997, Solonik Alexander was in Greece. The initial plan was to eliminate the entire top of the Kurgan gang. She was not needed after the murder of Sylvester. It was also planned to remove Ignatov, Nelyubin, Koligov. But in Greece there was only Solonik. Alexander did not know that the villa he was in was equipped with eavesdropping devices. The equipment was installed by Sherstobitov's team. The fate of Solonica was solved when he uttered the words: "They must be brought down." By "them" he meant Butorin and the Pylev brothers. Together with Solonik, Svetlana Kotova, his 22-year-old female partner, "Miss Russia-96" was killed. Her body was found dismembered in a suitcase buried in the ground. Solonik himself was strangled. As for Koligov, Nelyubin and Ignatov, the first two died in prison in 2005 and 1998 respectively under strange circumstances, and the third is still wanted.

Investigation

Orekhovo-Medvedkovskaya OPG continued its active operations until 1998. Since this year, a large-scale investigation began. The impetus for the start of the action was the killing of Yuri Kezer. This investigator for the first time in the Russian Federation initiated a case under art. 210 CC - the formation of a criminal organization. The Butorin gang was closely connected with the Odintsovo militants. The latter were led by Belok (Belkin). At one time, a criminal case against him was opened by Yuri Kazer. He was then a senior investigator of the 2nd Prosecutor's Office in Odintsovo district. The episode, which is connected with the murder of Kezer, became the beginning of the end of the activity, which was carried out by the killers of the Medvedkovo OPG. Detectives of the MUR persistently followed the tracks and already in 2000 Butorin was put on the wanted list. Members of the gang had to flee to Spain urgently. The exact number of crimes committed by the Medvedkovskaya organized crime group has not been established to date. The investigation uncovered 44 murders, found and seized a large number of weapons. According to investigators, the gang consisted of about 60 people.

The sentences

In 2004, the Moscow City Court heard a hearing on the cases investigated. By that time, in fact, Medvedkovskaya organized crime group ceased to exist. There were 13 people in the dock. Pustovalov, who was one of the accused, confessed to the murder of Solonika and Kotova. After the time passed another process. On it, the court sentenced 11 participants. They were assigned different terms - from 4 to 23 years. Among the convicts was Andrei Pylev. In early 2000, the Prosecutor's Office completed the investigation of the case of Chernakov's team (Dvoechnik). Then 13 people were convicted. Among them were Baranchikov Dmitry (Hurricane), Ertuganov Ruslan Rus), Makovets Victor (Makar), Loginov Vadim (Ochkarik), Kudryavtsev Michael (Bologa), Romashkin Alexander (Romach), Lebenkov Denis (Dan), Vlasov Dmitriy (Vlas) and Other. In mid-May 2000, the nutmeg authority Igor Maslennikov ("The nephew") was detained. On May 19, 2004, the following sentences were passed at the court session:

  • Alexander Vasilchenko - life imprisonment.
  • Alexander Pustovalov - 22 years old.
  • Sergei Filatov and Dmitry Kulikov - 18 liters each.
  • Ruslan Polyansky, Oleg Pronin, Ivan Sausarais, Vladimir Kamenetsky, Vitaly Alexandrov - for 17 years.
  • Alexander Kravchenko - 8 years old.
  • Dmitry Usalyov and Yakov Yakushev - for 8 years conditionally.
  • Victor Sidorov - 5 years probation.

The last three were released immediately after the end of the process.

Arrest of Smirnov

He was suspected of the double murder of Gubanov and Chursin. The arrest took place in early July 2005. Smirnov (Medved) was detained a few days before the expiration of the statute of limitations of the arrest. One of the detainees in exchange for freedom told that he participated in the crimes. According to him, at the end of June 2005, Smirnov quarreled with Gubanov and Chursin near the restaurant "Orekhovo". As a result of the conflict, Medved shot them, and took the bodies to Borisov ponds. In 2006, the Moscow City Court condemned Smirnov to 21 years imprisonment. His accomplices Vladimir Kuznetsov and Igor Losev received 10 and 12 years respectively.

Detention of Sherstobitov

He was arrested in 2006. Sherstobitov was the last of the main gang members. Just as in the case of Smirnov, he was given away by one of the detainees. Aleksey Sherstobitov was accused of a series of rather high-profile murders, as well as attempts. Among them, the elimination of Igor Yurkov (Udav), Grigory Gusyatinsky, and also of Joseph Glotser (the owner of the club "Dolls") is especially prominent. However, Otari Kvantrishvili's murder near Krasnopresnenskiy baths is considered especially loud. This execution Sherstobitov committed in April 1994 from the attic of one of the nearby houses. The investigation of the case lasted 2 years. The trial ended with a conviction by the jury, handed down in the Moscow City Court in late September 2008. Sherstobitov was sentenced to 23 years in prison. His accomplices - Sergey Elizarov and Pavel Makarov - received 11 and 16 years respectively.

Extraditions

Medvedkovskaya OPG was active not only in Russia, but also abroad. And in connection with the beginning of the investigation, many of its participants had to flee abroad. The first "forced return" was Ruslan Zaitsev. He was deported from Hungary on January 15, 2001. As the operatives believed, Zaitsev was one of the most active members of the gang. In the international search he was in early October 1995. A month after Zaitsev's extradition, in February 2001, Marat Polyansky and Sergei Butorin were arrested by Spanish spetsnaz in a suburb of Barcelona. The Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation sought the extradition of the latter, since by that time a fairly large base of accusations had accumulated. In particular, Butorin was charged with planning 29 murders and extortion. In Spain, the bandits were very active in resisting. They understood that in Russia they are faced with a rather severe punishment, probably even a life sentence. Spain, in turn, was in no hurry to extradite criminals. Only 8 years after the conclusion of the imprisonment for the illegal storage of ammunition and weapons, in 2009, in October, Polyansky was extradited, and next year in the beginning of March - and Butorin. In September 2002, Sergei Mikhalin, Oleg Pylev and other active members of the gang were detained in Ukraine. All of them were on the international wanted list on charges of organizing a series of murders. After a while they were extradited to Russia. In August 2005, after several bachelor detentions from Spain, Andrei Pylev was deported.

New processes

In 2005, on August 17, the Moscow City Court sentenced eleven members of a gang operating in Moscow in the early 1990s to a term of 4 to 24 years. On account of the perpetrators - 18 murders and other serious crimes. 24 years - the maximum on that process term - Oleg Pylev received. He was sent to a colony of strict regime. Ten years Gusev received, who, together with Pustovalov, killed Solonika. Two years after this court, new circumstances opened, in connection with which the case of Pylev was reviewed. In September 2007, he, as well as Oleg Mikhailov and Sergei Makhalov, were sentenced to life. In the fall of 2006, the Moscow City Court held a trial in the Maly case (Andrei Pyleva). He was sentenced to 21 years imprisonment. Pylev was found guilty of banditry, of murders (including three ordered ones, including the removal of Solonika and Kotova) and assassination attempts. In 2011, in September, Butorin was sentenced to life imprisonment . He was charged with 36 murders and 9 attempts. Marat Polyansky was sentenced to 17 years. He was found guilty of 6 murders and three attempts.

Additional facts

Medvedovskaya organized crime group was closely connected with the police. These facts are confirmed by documents seized from criminals. So, in Ponomarev, printouts of information from the database of the traffic police on the car, which was used by one of the victims of the killers, were found. Also, the list of tenants of one of the houses where the family of the next person who was interested in the criminals was seized. Documents were also found on the special security department of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate regarding a number of victims. All the bloody episodes that took place in the activities of the gang indicate that its members were constantly in fear for their own lives. At any time, some of them could be eliminated or put on the tip of the leaders. For example, two bandits who were sent to watch one of the Moscow markets were detained by police officers without any reason. They were brutally beaten in the ward, but then they were released. Subsequently, they were told that the leaders of the group were checking their loyalty. Later Oleg Pylev spoke with them and explained that we should talk and how to behave during the detention.

Finally

The fate of many participants in the Klimovo gang, who voluntarily joined the Medvedkovo OPG, was sad enough. Approximately in 1996-97 years. Two of them, Igor Smirnov and Yuri Fedulov, went to Greece, but disappeared there without a trace. Later, Vasily Tsarkov left for a meeting with Vyacheslav Ponomarev. However, the latter was arrested. After his release, Tsarkov found out that Oleg Pylev had passed it. But as soon as he began to openly threaten, immediately disappeared without a trace. Just disappeared and Tsarenko. He said that he no longer wants to be in a group and does not owe anything to anyone. History with the Medvedkovskaya organized crime group received a fairly wide public response. Since the beginning of the investigation, many gang members managed to hide, but most of them were found and convicted.
