The loaf is cut into pieces of medium thickness, all other ingredients are cut into cubes and mixed, as for a salad. Then the mixture is salted and beat into it with eggs. From the loaf take out the middle to get an opening about 5 cm in diameter. Then it is fried in a frying pan, oiled, on the one hand, inverted and filled with a prepared mixture, reduce the fire, cover and cover for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese, turn off the fire and close again for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese. You can serve with sweet tea or coffee.
