At the very beginning of the work, you need to determine the color of the lily from the beads. The classical version is a virgin white flower, but if desired, you can dress and weave an equally beautiful tiger lily or some other.

So, the space necessary for work is released, and all the necessary materials are prepared. Namely beads of green, yellow, brown and golden orange, several large beautiful golden beads for stamens, thin wire for twigs and thicker for the stem, floristic ribbon or threads of green (brown) mulina, scissors, brushes and acrylic lacquer .

How to make a lily of beads? Everything is very simple. The main job is to create petals for the flower, stamens and small green leaves. Petals for lilies of beads are made in the following way. A wire of thirty centimeters is taken, on the edge of which fifteen beads are put on. This will become the middle of the petal. Now work continues with a long part of the wire. Twenty beads are sewn on it, and in order for the lily to become a tiger, brown beads are arbitrarily interspersed in them. Both ends of the wire - long and short - are fixed by twisting, and work is done to the next end of the base. The next two rows are made of twenty-six beads in each, and then comes the last, overlapping row. It is made only from golden-orange beads. It is necessary to string on thirty-one beads. You can stop at this, and if you want, continuing the work and increasing the number of rows, make an even larger flower. At the end, both wires are threaded through the beads and fixed well. The petal is ready. For one flower it is necessary to weave six of these petals.

The next work is the manufacture of stamens for lilies from beads. A piece of wire 16-18 centimeters is folded in half. He put on a large golden bead, and then twenty-three small beads. The ends of the wire are fixed. The stamen is ready. Stamens will need only five.

Just like the petals for a flower, leaves are also performed. Only here it is necessary to reduce their size a little, and therefore to string a smaller amount of beads. For the middle of the petal, you can take 15-16 beads and in the following rows increase their number by two. Such petals also need no more than six.

It remains to assemble the flower. Stamens are fastened three and two, petals join them in turn. The finished flower is attached by means of a thin wire to the stem (thick wire). Green leaflets are attached to it. All parts of the wire are wrapped in a floss or floral tape. You can leave work in this form, but for a brilliant result it is worth covering all of its wrapped parts with acrylic lacquer.
