How to quickly connect knitting with knitting needles: a diagram and a photo

A long scarf, tied round and without edges, became a favorite of many girls. Its main value is that the snod successfully replaces the hat, scarf and high collar, allowing to save the volume of the hairstyle and effectively protect against wind and frost. Beginner craftsmen appreciate this product because they have enough basic skills to tie knitting with knitting needles. A diagram and a description of some simple models will be proposed later.

How does snud fit

The order of work in the manufacture of snuff is slightly different from the knitting process of the classic scarf. This product can be made in two ways:

• Knitting canvas along (long rows).
• Work with short rows.

Each of these methods has its advantages. By and large, the choice of the method of knitting is not particularly important. Accuracy of the knitted fabric and edges, smooth loops and uniform tension of the thread are the main conditions that are necessary to make a nice snoring with knitting needles. Such a product, without exaggeration, can be connected for a couple of evenings. By the way, it would be wrong to say that the model is suitable only for beginners in knitting. After all, skilled craftsmen so want sometimes to escape from complex braids, interlacing, Irish lace and other knitting wisdom. Ideal rest can be called a simple scarf-snod knitting. The scheme is not needed here, since the work is done by the facial surface.

The photo shows possible options for using a circular scarf. As already mentioned, it is very convenient to use it instead of a hat. Also a good snuff serves as a vest and decorative drapery.

Making a Snore

In order to relate the above snaps to the knitting needles (the scheme consists of making circular loops with facial loops), the first method was used: working with long rows.

To determine the required number of loops, it is necessary to perform a control sample. Its size should be about 12 cm in length and in height. The total length of the scarf is 150 cm. Using the proportion, you can calculate how many loops you need to type: 150 × 7/10 = 105 loops. You can type loops by any convenient method. Then, closing the row into the ring, you should start knitting the scarf in a circle. Thus, there will be no seam, and you can only work with facial loops.

Scarf with three-dimensional rows

A special feature of the pattern of this scarf is the alternation of the front and back rows. In general, the sequence of stages coincides with the one described earlier, however, in addition to performing only the face loops, the purlins are also included in the pattern.

After the hinges are typed and the first four front rows are tied, you need to start the rows with the back loops. To get a clear line of patterning, you need to take care in advance to mark the beginning of each row. The original rows should also be tied four. If desired, the bands can be made uneven.

Scarf-knitting with knitting needles: a knitting pattern for a "chess" pattern

The next model is knitted in short rows to a height of 150 cm, and then the ends of the scarf are sewn with a knitted suture. The peculiarity of this snore is a modified pattern. It is based on the simplest ornament, which is often called "chess."

This pattern can be used in its original form and get quite interesting knitting with knitting needles, the knitting pattern of the classical "chess" is suggested below. However, the craftsman who linked the scarf depicted in the photo decided to cut the number of loops and rows of each rapport by half. In addition, she took care of the straps, made garter stitch.

• 1 p: facial smoothness.
• 2, 3 p: 3 facial loops, 3 purl.
• 4, 5 p: 3 purl loops, 3 facial.
