Without this fragrant drink, most of the world's population will no longer be able to do. A cup of coffee in the morning is a tradition that has developed over the centuries since the time when grains started to be brought to Europe. There are many sorts of coffee, but for industrial production they use mainly Arabica and Robusta (for all other species only 2% is needed). Methods of making coffee can also be fundamentally different.

It is believed that tea is certainly useful and very tasty, especially if it is brewed in the right way. By the way, do not try to brew it with steep boiling water, as many housewives do now, and even more so bring these invigorating drinks to a boil. According to the rules, confirmed by the millennial practice, brewing should occur in the temperature range from 75 to 85 degrees. And in the ancient tradition, leaf teas were whipped with a special broom in warm water from a stream. For example, in Japan it is recommended to use the water temperature, conventionally called "crab eyes": large bubbles begin to surface, resembling the eyes of this arthropod animal.

What does tea contain?

Due to what does the organism cheer when using tea? First, there is a theine (a caffeine-like substance that was discovered a little earlier). And secondly, there is a lot of useful amino acids, enzymes, microelements, positively affecting the human body. In addition, it should probably take into account the millennial practice of using it as a tonic drink: Chinese wise men will not advise bad!

In addition, and it is a generally accepted fact, these drinks made by industrial methods, cause a fairly persistent addiction and dependence, bordering on alcohol. Therefore, in this article, we will not specifically advertise them and move on to the vivacity drinks that can be made easily at home - with one's own hands. In addition, they will not cause any harm and even vice versa - will be useful. Invigorating drinks instead of coffee in the morning will lift the mood and energize for the whole day, help cope with apathy and stop moping.

Lemon and honey

This wonderful tonic is not only able to significantly increase your performance, but also increase immunity and contribute to a soft disposal of a couple of extra pounds. Prepare it is very simple. Take half a lemon, squeezing the juice into a glass. We add a small spoon of natural honey. Fill with hot water (but not with boiling water). Stirring. A drink of vivacity is ready for use, and for taste and harmony, you can add cinnamon powder to it - half a spoon. We prepare a mixture of herbs in parts: St. John's Wort - 3, mother-and-stepmother - 3, mint - 2.5, oregano - 2.5, chamomile - 2, stigmas - 2, rosehip - 1.5, hawthorn Fruits) - 1, the root of valerian - 1, eucalyptus - 1. This mixture is crushed and thoroughly mixed. Brew spicy boiling water, adding ordinary green tea (but you can do without it). We insist in the teapot for about 15 minutes. We drink freshly, warmly.
