In our rapidly changing modern age informatics and computer technology have become not just the norm of life, but have become the concepts that determine our life. Already the quality of human existence begins to depend on how successfully people understand them. If a person knows how to handle computer technology with "you", then he lives in the rhythm of time and he always expects success.

The very word "informatics" in practically all languages of the world denotes a science that is connected with computer technology or computers. Specifically, this term has the following definition: this is the name of science, which has as its main task the study of various methods of obtaining, storing, accumulating, transmitting, transforming, and using information.

Informatics and computer technology help to understand many processes associated with all existing information. Informatics itself will explore the following questions:

- the possibility of entering research objects in programs and databases;

-effective and fast solution of information and necessary computing tasks;

- determination of the type and method of storing information in a specific form and restoring it, if necessary;

Programming languages and human interaction with computer programs.

Computer science and computer technology have entered the life of a man quite recently. The very concept of "informatics" was introduced only in 1957 by the German Karl Steinbuch. And then this word has already begun to spread around the world. As a separate science, it began to develop since the 1970s, and before that it just entered as a separate section into mathematics and electronics.

This science consists of several sections. There are three main sections: theoretical informatics, applied and information systems. The technical foundations of computer science are considered in the information systems section and consist of information networks and systems, as well as information retrieval systems. Here it can be viewed as consisting of two parts: software and hardware, that is, the hardware itself, sometimes referred to as "hard products" and software for computer equipment - "soft products".

Theoretical informatics is already a mathematical discipline. It considers many mathematical concepts, for example, the properties of an algorithm in computer science. Its main essence lies in the application of mathematical methods for the study and construction of different models for the acquisition, processing, transmission and storage of information. This is the theoretical basis of computer science. Mathematical logic, computational mathematics and geometry, system analysis, information coding theory, decision theory, mathematical programming and operations research are combined here .

Applied computer science includes its use in society, software, the fight against computer viruses and the information society. Applied computer science and computer technology in modern life in several main areas:

-development of computer systems and necessary software;

- information theory, which studies all the processes associated with it;

-methods of artificial intelligence;

-system analysis;

-Methods of computer animation and graphics;

- Means of telecommunications, which include global computer networks ;

-Diverse applications that cover almost all aspects of human activity.

Undoubtedly, the developing technical progress has an important influence on our life and constantly presents to humanity new opportunities for obtaining, collecting and storing information.
