How to make a cake with a sour cream

Do not forget that you do not need to extinguish soda with vinegar! Then gradually pour in the flour. Ready dough for seven or eight hours put in the cold, and only after this time, start baking cakes.

Place the pan in the preheated oven so that it preheats. Grease a hot baking sheet with margarine or butter. Put the dough on it neatly, dividing it into an approximate number of cakes. Hands, well dipped in flour, spread the dough over the whole baking tray, puncture in several places with a fork and put in the oven.

The crusts are baked fairly quickly. Once they are slightly browned, you can safely pull them out of the oven. Carefully draw a spatula along the contour and down to ensure that the finished cake is well removed from the baking tray and does not break. In turn, bake all the cakes and let them cool.

While the finished cakes for the cake are cooling down, prepare sour cream for the honey. Whip the sour cream or cream with sugar and add vanillin for a pleasant aroma. Beat the cream until the sour cream or cream is visible for a few seconds from the blades of the mixer, but be extremely careful that the cream or sour cream does not beat to the consistency of the oil.

Generously grease the cooled cakes with the resulting sour cream. You can lay thinly cut orange slices, kiwi, banana, berries for your taste - cherry, victoria, raspberry, etc. between the cakes. So you make your cake a soda cream with sour cream even more unusual and give it a unique taste. At the top of the honey cake grease all the same sour cream and sprinkle for beauty with grated chocolate and walnuts, grinded in a coffee grinder or blender. Wait 10-12 hours: during this time the cake will be well saturated and you will definitely appreciate it!

When buying cream, be sure to check the production and shelf life: they should only be fresh. It will be good if they are slightly liquid. Using thick cream, you can, unwittingly, turn the cream into butter.
