This recipe of mastic for a cake repeats practically the previous recipe with that only difference, that the sugar changes on almonds. You can also make chocolate mastic. To do this, you need a marshmallow 1 package, 1 tablespoon of oil, bitter chocolate 50 grams, a little cognac, 200 g of powdered sugar. On a water bath, chocolate, marshmallow and butter are cooked until the volume of the whole substance is increased. Then there is added cognac and powdered sugar, until the mastic becomes elastic. In order to prepare a white mastic, you need only take a white marshmallow. If it is colored, then the colors should be separated from each other. Zephyr pink-white eventually becomes pink mastic.
