For cooking meatballs, you can use ready-made stuffing, or you can make it yourself. Of course, the home version is much tastier and better. But with it it is necessary to tinker. So decide for yourself which option is most acceptable for you. As you already understood, instead of traditional rice, we will use buckwheat. It must be boiled and cooled. Onions and garlic are cleaned from the husk and finely chopped. Grind the greens. Add all these ingredients to the stuffing and mix thoroughly. We must have a homogeneous mass.

Since we are preparing meatballs with buckwheat, then we add minced chopped cereals, egg and stir again. Mass we do not forget to pepper and salt.   • Tomato juice - 450 ml.

You can cook meatballs with buckwheat in a multivark. It's fast, tasty and convenient. You will need these ingredients:

  1. Any minced meat - 300-400 g.
  2. Provencal herbs.
  3. One egg.
  4. Salt.
  5. Vegetable oil.
  6. Bulb.
  7. Two sweet peppers.
  8. Sour cream - 250 g.

We also add egg, ground pepper and mix the whole mixture. And do not forget about buckwheat, it should also be cooked with minced meat. Now that everything is ready, you can start forming meat balls.   • A little cabbage.

  • ½ cup of buckwheat.
