But it's not necessary to put him in the parent's bed, you can simply move the arena to her, and the happy little one will be only grateful to you.

But there are also a number of other reasons why children do not sleep well at night. A baby can be bothered by gazicks and colic in the tummy. Try to go to bed before going to a light massage, special gymnastics. A warm bath will also give a positive result. Sometimes a trivial reason why children do not sleep well at night can be diapers that are not very well chosen - they may be irritating. There may also be a drop in the body of the crumbs, as a result of the fact that it is quite hot in the room where it is located. It is worth remembering that the most acceptable temperature for a quiet sleep is about twenty-two degrees. Regularly ventilate the room is also very important for the comfort of the baby.

Some children may confuse the day with the night, because they simply do not have a worked out routine of the day. This, too, may be a likely reason why children do not sleep well at night. Very often this also happens because the child during the day was little awake and did not fully consume energy. Try to have enough time to walk in the fresh air, especially it is useful before going to bed.
There are also cases when a child does not sleep well at night, turns around. This can be a consequence of teething. You probably could watch the baby smile in his sleep, perhaps at that moment he saw something very pleasant. And if it's terrible, he instinctively tries to hide. But not only nightmares cause such a deplorable situation. Children at the beginning of their lives react very sensitively to the emotional state of their mother, so in the case when young parents scandal, on a crumb it is badly reflected. And, of course, do not forget about comfortable clothes that will not hold your baby's movements during sleep, which is no less important.
