How to cook delicious meat with gravy

Nobody will argue that a tasty and fragrant dish makes any person kind and grateful - at least for a short while. Having given myself, I myself tried to convince myself of this on my own experience, watching the eyes of the tired husband at work brighten, and the mood improved significantly and became childish. And this is only because he really likes my cooking.

And what product makes it possible to prepare such an impressive dish? Of course, meat, which is very popular in almost all cuisines around the world. And, of course, there is hardly at least one real man who could live without meat (except for vegetarians, but this article is not about them).

The usual meat dish that meets a tired man on the table and can literally revive him to life is meat with gravy. The most important advantage of this dish is enough to know only one simple recipe. At the same time each time this meat looks different - it's all in the gravy, which is different and transforms both taste and flavor, and the appearance of the dish.

As an example I will share such a luxurious dish as meat with gravy, but in two versions. To begin with - with onions. Luke in this case should be taken in a very strict proportion: the more, the better, juicier and tastier. So, to make meat with onion sauce, half a kilogram of pork or beef - as you like more - you need to take a kilogram of onions, you can even more, according to taste.

Meat should be cut into small pieces, and onions - thin rings or semirings. Some people prefer to simply chop the onions, but I like the rings. Now put the meat on the heated frying pan, on top - all onions, add a spoonful of tomato paste, pour a little water and leave to stew. When the dish reaches the half-ready condition of the salt, add ground black pepper, a little vinegar (you can more, less or no more) and a spoonful of sugar. Now put it out until it's ready. Onion can turn into a homogeneous mass, and all together is just meat with gravy - yummy still!

Well, I promised not one option, now I will tell.

Another recipe for meat with gravy, in principle, does not differ from the first. Similarly, we cut meat with cubes, and onion rings or half-wheels. But now the composition of the recipe will include tomatoes that need to be scalded, peeled and finely chopped, and a carrot that needs to be grated. Now lay the meat and cooked vegetables in the saucepan, pour water (slightly above the meat), salt properly and add some dry spices (optional). Now stew on low heat until ready.

But then there will be something new. When a strong aroma spreads throughout the house and the street, attracting the attention of neighbors from neighboring households, you must carefully pour roasted flour into a sauté pan with meat, while stirring constantly, or unpleasant lumps may form. After this, you must extinguish the whole dish for another half an hour - until now completely ready.

Yes, when you prepare a recipe for gravy with meat in this way, it may be that the liquid evaporates too quickly. Then you just need to add boiled hot water - that's all.

As you can see, in the dishes considered, meat and sauce are combined, and they can not be cooked separately and served on the table. Well, as a garnish you can use at least the same potatoes or, say, buckwheat porridge. However, recently it is considered that potatoes with meat are not compatible products in the sense of proper and healthy nutrition, but in my opinion, this is just nonsense. But if you really want to follow these newfangled trends, then as a side dish you can use vegetable stew or in general sauerkraut. It turns out incredibly delicious.
