How not to get drunk on a holiday?

It is difficult to stay away during holidays or meetings with friends, so as not to "take on the chest" a certain amount of alcohol. Today on corporate parties and other events it is customary to drink to brotherhood and have fun in all possible ways.

What to do, how not to get drunk, preserving sober sanity and memory? Make the next cocktail and drink it before going to a visit or a restaurant: take 50 ml of red wine, mix it with the same amount of plain vegetable oil. Then add a pinch of salt. Prepare and drink a cocktail one hour before the feast.

Before going on a visit, you can also drink a cup of strongly brewed black or green tea. If there is such an opportunity, then, while visiting, be sure to repeat a similar tea drinking. If you know how not to get drunk, you will never be ashamed and afraid to remember what ended the evening. You can instead of tea drink black coffee with the addition of lemon juice or in general just eat a small slice of lemon.

In general, during the holiday, drink more liquids, but not soda or juice. The next day from such a combination you will only get worse. Mineral without gas and ordinary water or weak tea is the most optimal solution.

How not to get drunk at an event? Do not hurry, skip a couple of solemn toasts. Drink each portion of alcohol with an equivalent portion of water. Very often, intoxication can be felt not immediately, and when you finally feel the "optimal" state, it will be too late and you will gradually get drunk for a while, especially if you hurry with the drink.

If, suddenly, in the midst of merriment, you felt that you had been overdoing a lot, take and drink a mug of tea. After that, take a minute to forty break.

How not to get drunk during the holiday? Try not to mix different drinks, use only quality and proven alcohol.

If suddenly you have a situation of intoxication, for a quick return of the mind, just in case, always carry a mint tincture with you. In a glass with cool water, drip twenty drops of this tincture. And if you did not have it at hand, then drink five or six drops of ammonia, diluted in a glass of cold water. Everything needs to be drunk quickly, in one go.

If none of the above you have, and a person needs to be quickly brought to the senses, then strongly and quickly begin to rub the ears of the intoxicated. This should bring him back to consciousness, because the rush of blood to the head should stimulate sobering up.

What kind of water is better to drink during the feast? Do not mix alcohol with sweet drinks and fruit juices. So alcohol is quickly absorbed, and you can easily go over it unnoticed, and in the morning you will have a headache. Drink mineral water without gas or conventional filtered. Remember the rule - one glass of alcohol should account for the same amount of liquid! In the water, you can add a slice of orange, lime or lemon.

Do not smoke! This significantly accelerates intoxication, and also increases discomfort the next morning. The fact is that non-smoking people suffer a hangover much easier.

Going to a celebration or a party, remember that more - does not mean better. If you missed a couple of glasses and felt high spirits, and also joy - this does not mean that with every new drink of wine or a glass of stronger alcohol your mood will certainly improve further. Usually imperceptibly and quickly there comes a time when all the euphoria is abruptly replaced by aggression, apathy, lethargy and other unpleasant states and emotions. Think about whether you need all this at the end of the evening and a hangover the next morning?
