Before its assembly, the inner cavity is thoroughly cleaned and covered with oil-resistant paint. Then, on the drive shaft, the oil-retaining ring is inserted, and the bearing shaft on the shaft. Then in the driven shaft it is necessary to lay the key, after which the spacer sleeve and bearings are installed. Then the assembled shafts are laid in the bottom of the gear box, put on the cover, which must be previously covered with alcohol varnish. The next step is to put plastic grease in the bearing chambers and put the bearing caps and metal gaskets for adjustment. Then you need to install the covers, and then check the rotation of the shafts and make sure that the bearings do not jam. Everything is fixed with screws. Then the oil stopper is screwed in. Then you need to pour oil into the body and wrap the control plug. So the conical single-stage reducer is assembled.
