Casserole from the liver

One of the relatively inexpensive, but at the same time very useful, especially for those with low hemoglobin, products is the liver. Most often it is simply fried and served with various side dishes, but also makes other dishes, such as liver cake, goulash, liver casserole . The recipe for the dish indicated last, you can choose in the article and make a casserole with buckwheat, rice, potatoes, pasta or pearl barley.

Baked liver with buckwheat

Put on a gas stove a pot of water, after boiling, pour in salt and 3 cups of buckwheat. Cook the porridge and add to it ¼ pack of butter butter. Fry 300 g of liver and twist through a meat grinder. Grind the onion and mix it and the liver with the porridge. Boil 2 hard-boiled eggs, chill and cut fairly finely. Also add to the porridge, which is then salted and mixed.

300 g of beef liver cleaned of films and cut into small blocks. Finely chop the onion, fry until transparent, add the liver and simmer for 10 minutes. On the grater, which is used to make Korean carrots, rub 3 carrots, brown in olive oil and flip on a sieve.

Boil in the uniform of 3 potatoes, peel and grate finely. Mix with chopped green onion and 40 g butter butter. Scald 2 tomatoes, peel, cut into rings. Put in ceramic porcelain molds layers - potatoes, liver, carrots, tomatoes. Lubricate the top with a thin layer of sour cream. Put in the oven. When the casserole is ready, decorate with greens.

Liver casserole with rice
