Buckwheat porridge with meat in pots

First we need to prepare all the necessary products. As for meat, it is recommended to use pork or chicken fillet. Buckwheat is taken from the calculation of 100 grams per clay pot. We also need the following ingredients: butter, ground pepper (red or black), small carrots, bay leaves, salt or onions.

We wash the meat with water from the tap, and then cut it into small pieces, after removing all the bones. Take the frying pan, pour oil into it and put it on the fire. Lay out the meat pieces and fry until they are covered with a ruddy crust. After that, boldly add the onion, sliced in thin semirings, as well as carrots, grated on a large grater. At this stage, you can salt and pepper. All these ingredients should be cooked for no more than 5 minutes. Once you notice that the vegetables are lightly browned, turn off the fire.

We proceed to the processing of buckwheat groats: we sort through it, clean it of debris and rinse it under warm water. In each of the pots, designed for 0, 5l, fall asleep about 100 grams of buckwheat. Fill it with 200 ml of water. Solim to taste, pepper. On top lay out pieces of meat, fried with vegetables. Children's porridge

For 2 servings you will need the following products:

  • One medium bulb;
  • A glass of meat broth (preferably chicken);
  • carrot;
  • 50 g of green peas;
  • Half a glass of buckwheat;
  • 150 grams of chicken or beef;
  • Bay leaf;
  • Salt (normal or iodinated).

Cooking process

We need to boil meat (chicken or beef). For this, we lower it into a pan with cold water and wait until it boils. It is recommended to cook a little meat, and the first broth to merge in a separate bowl. After that, pour boiling water and cook until ready. Approximately 20 minutes before the end of the process, salt, pepper, put the bay leaf and chopped onions.

We cook the boiled meat through a meat grinder. Spread it evenly on the bottom of a clay pot. Top with sprinkled with grated or sliced carrots, green peas. At the very end, you must pour in the well washed buckwheat and pour the broth. Close the lid and put it into the oven for about 1 hour, heated to 180 degrees.
