1. With boiled sausage and tomato

Necessary ingredients:

  • Bread wheaten (you can use yesterday, so as not to be lost) - half a brick;
  • Fresh milk 2% - ½ cup;
  • Medium eggs - 2 pieces;
  • Boiled sausage - 150 g;
  • Bulb - 2 pieces;
  • Salt iodized - a pinch (add at discretion);
  • Ripe tomatoes - 2 pcs;
  • Dutch cheese - 140 g;
  • Butter - 110 g (for roasting bread).
