So, to prepare this salad, you need to stock up the following products: 300 grams of chicken liver (can be mixed with hearts), a few lettuce leaves, half an apple, a bulb, a tablespoon of soy sauce, 50 grams of butter, a little flour. For the sauce we need 100 ml of red wine (preferably dry), a tablespoon of lemon juice, a teaspoon of starch, 10 grams of butter, two teaspoons of sugar, 20-30 berries of sweet cherry and a pinch of salt.

Cooking process

We start with the sauce. We empty the washed and dried berries of sweet cherry from the bones, then transfer them to a small saucepan, add wine and bring to a boil. After that, the berries are taken out so that they do not boil. In the wine, add sugar, salt, lemon juice, diluted in one tablespoon of water, starch and boil for three minutes. Again, return the cherry in the pan, mix and boil this mass for another 1-2 minutes. Delicious and aromatic sauce for our dish is ready!

Now we turn to the preparation of the salad. Liver is washed and cut into small pieces. Then dipped them in flour and put them on a preheated frying pan. We also send the onions cut into half rings.
